July 21 2025 took my car in and they helped me out. Made and appt very important to make one. They were very knowledgeable and friendly as always. This is the only place I'm gonna take my car. If you don't believe me just check them out yourselves. Trust me, you'll make them your favorite too

I totally do not Recommend Hiro auto For any car problems. I took my car there to get it fixed. Saul From the office gave me a call and told me that my car engine is dead. And also said that the owner would like me to get my car out of there as soon as possible. I could not believe it. My car can start, go forward and Backward it was just lacking some power when I press on the gas. I asked Saul What should I do at this point? He told me that no one will want my car that it’s dead. I had to go out and get a second opinion. I went to another auto shop. They knew exactly what was wrong with my car and went ahead and fixed it. My car is running perfect now.
I recommend anyone to get second opinion when Hiro auto tells you that they cannot fix your car.
Terrible service unbelievable.

I can't sing enough praises for this auto shop. I've been going to them for over a decade over two cars I've owned. They use quality parts and are very fair in price. They're very professional and do great work. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service. Reasonable, use quality parts, excellent workmanship, communicative, and in my case my Tacoma was ready ahead of promised date. Saul, front desk, was straight-up on cost to repair, excellent communication. i work on cars myself, however, didn't have time to replace leaky radiator and it was time to replace water pump. A couple years ago, took my Lexus in for coolant and spark plugs change. They said it was fine, no need to change. Ever hear of a repair place that does that?

When I lived in Torrance, this was my go to shop for myself and my family. They are honest and helpful people who are reliable. I never once felt like they were trying to sell me unnecessary services or parts which is more than I can say from some other places I've been to.
Highly recommend, and I think their rating and other glowing reviews speak the same story.
