I took my Infiniti G37S for some very minor maintenance, replace turn signal bulb. The inspection report claimed and additional $2K of work required! I replied a 10.27am that I only wished the bulb to be replaced.When I went to collect the car after 5.00pm they claimed to have not received my instructions so no work was done. The service writer was not in the least apologetic, and was basically disinterested. I left with my car in exactly the same condition as I'd dropped it of 9 1/2 hours earlier!Despite the dealer being within walking distance of my work I will not be returning for any reason.Worst experience I've had in 13 years of Infiniti Ownership.

The car buying experience went pretty smoothly until it came time for me to take possession of the vehicle that’s when things started to get rocky. After leaving finance, I asked the sales guy for the second key he went to the sales manager to get the key and the sales manager stated that they didn’t have the key but it was on its way to the dealership along with title and once they have the title they would mail me the key. A week after I had the car I called both the sales rep and internet manager neither of which answered my calls. I text the sales rep and he finally responded after 3 days and told me that the sales rep would call me that day. I had to follow-up an additional two times in order to finally get a response from the sales manager letting me know that he was following up for me. (By this time it’s been two weeks and I still didn’t have an update about the key). An additional week goes by, I still have not heard back from the sales manager. So I reached out again and didn’t hear back. Now I’m 3.5 weeks into having the car and I reach out to the sales manager asking for an update and this is the update I received was that they have not heard back. By now I’m beginning to wonder if they even have a title let alone my spare key. This is the exact message that I received from the sales manager:“I mean I typically don’t give two keys unless it has two keys, I was just trying to help out if I could”Now the story has changed and it somehow became an attempt to “do me a favor” because I was told that the spare key was on its way along with the title. I feel like I was lied to from the beginning and now it’s somehow my fault that the key was not received nor was mentioned anytime during the car buying process until after I purchased it.The lack of communication and act of changing gears was very unprofessional and downright dirty. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone as they are deceptive and once they have your signature, they could care less about you. Don’t fall victim to their lip service.

We were looking for a car for our daughter and found a nice used car at very fair price, low mileage and in great condition. Sent a request for info & got an immediate response from Kaz. In short, had a good experience viewing, testing driving, communicating and handling the purchasing of the car. Kaz, Mike and Larry were very attentive and professional and quickly handled our request to finalize the sale of the car. Aldo processed the paperwork side of it quickly and was just as nice and professional. This is had to be one of the most stress free experiences we've had in purchasing a car & appreciate their constant communication and effort to get the car to us quickly and to our satisfaction. My 2017 Red Sport 400 was sucking oil through the exhaust, took the car to get diagnosed to Infinity of South Bay under Elite WRAP extended warranty. It was determined that the turbo blade had broke off and pieces of the blade were sucked into engine thus causing the problem, and damaging the engine. Under the Elite WRAP warranty a new engine, and two new turbo’s were ordered and installed. Customer service as well as [periodic] updates during the process were excellent, all the way up to the car’s labor being done and complete. “I would highly recommend” Infinity of South Bay under Carlos Robles’ leadership.

So I had to come in today because I got a nail on my tire that I just bought from here 3 weeks ago. Jerry the service advisor was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Everyone else was helpful towards my situation but he didn't advise me before the work had to be done that I would be charged for the warranty replacement of my tire. I think they need to hire a better service consultant because he's terrible. Don't go to Jerry if you want better service.

Purchasing a vehicle here has to be the best experience of all the vehicle purchases I have made. From the very 1st call that I made to ask a question about a Q60 they had, to Mike Mulles who handed me my key after he personally delivered my car to my home, it was a 10 out of 10. Anita Ruiz who helped with the legal docs, Mike Miller who was so kind and gracious and spelled out the numbers and Larry Harris who came and asked if I had any questions and came and sat to chat while I waited for paperwork. What an amazing group of people. No pushy sales, no trying to sell me other things, no back and forth with price, no pressure, no over talking, complete transparency and honesty. This is a family owned dealership and I would definitely do business with them again.

Once again, Jerry Vargas performed a stellar job looking after my Q60's needs, as well being the only facility to solve an engine area noise issue which has plagued many "Q" owners.Clearly, a raise/promotion would be very much in order, IMHO.Lastly, I could best describe your facility/staff as a 4-Star Spa - For your vehicle!Special thanks also to Carlos, Zach, Felix, Noel, and Mike.

They look good but that's just about all lied about the price. Didn't have anymore loner cars on the weekend. Put me in a dirty lyft. This was my first and last time at this dealership came in for a complimentary oil change.

This is for the service department! We will NEVER EVER take our cars there again! These people should be ashamed of themselves. Crooks! They don't honor the warranties they give on their work. If you take your car in for something not only will they charge you through the nose for fixing it. Especially.... if they think they can get over on you. Elderly people and people that don't speak the best English stay away! If you don't want to argue or fight don't take your car there. When you get your car back don't be shocked if there is something else wrong with it in a couple days. It has happened to us many times. They fix one thing and either ruin or break another. When you take it back to them the next day they say oh we didn't do that.... oh we didn't touch that.... We towed in our car that had a dead battery which was purchased through them little over 30 months ago. The battery had an 84 month warranty.... They conned my dad into paying 130 dollars for a 200 battery that was under warranty! This was truly the last time you will ever get a dollar from us again. I will make sure to tell everyone we know about what type of service department this is. I will make sure to tell them the details on how many times we have been ripped off and how you've taken advantage of us. Anyone we know will never step foot in this place again! Shame on you!

I recently purchased my qx50 from this dealership . It was a great experience. The sales team was amazing . I didn't feel pressured . All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable . A big thank you to Kaz , Anita,and Miles who made me feel welcomed into the infinity family.

Edson helped me with my car detail service at Infiniti of South Bay. He made sure I had a loaner car, too. Wow! My 2009 G37 looks brand new! The guys who did my interior and exterior detail did an awesome job. My headlights cover are nice and clear. My rims are super clean. My grayish white interior looks super clean. The coat is nice and smooth. Thanks for taking such good care of my car!

Went for an oil change, got a new filter but absolutely no oil!!!I met a potential buyer for my QX56 (30) minutes after getting my car serviced, who did their diligence checking the car vitals only to find the engine with absolutely no oil. As scared as I was I ran to the closest mechanic and added (4) quarts of oil so I don’t drive without oil, not to damage my engine. I then drove straight back to the dealership to file a complaint and they completely dismissed me without even investigating my complaint.
