The shop does get busy, so it's best to make an appointment first, but drop-off and pickup are super easy.

Owner just fixed what the car needed to have fixed. I did request to replace the front brakes although he did not think it was necessary. However, the brake pads were not of good quality- done somewhere else- and just didn't feel safe.
