Giving this place a 2 because I have yet to receive a refund on items I returned over a month ago. When I went back to the store, I was given a customer service phone number AND customer service told me to go back to the store because they were unable to assist me due to my receipt not having an order number (I made an in store purchase ). Don't get me wrong, they have cute items but, service sucks. Would not recommend.

Workers are rude and can't go up and ask if you need help. Other workers are telling them to do their job. Adrina is rude and frankly unprofessional and honestly if you're working in sales especially in women's clothing you'd think you'd dress up! Looks like she rolled out of bed. Just a bad experience and it looks like they hire just anyone.

Been here a handful of times because they have great quality collections/sets. The associates/workers are extremely helpful if you are looking for a specific size or have questions, but If you are just trying to look around/browse yourself, prepare to be stared down or bombarded...they just dont give you space if you ask to look on your own. My last visit in particular was very uncomfortable. Ive bought a handful of items in the past, as well as try on a number of items...so I have an idea of what size I am there. I asked if they have cotton underwear in Large, and I kid you not their jaw dropped and exclaimed "LARGE? Hun, you look small or medium to me" and I felt very judged and uncomfortable as they kept offering me panties in M. I dont owe them trying it on and saying "see! M doesn't fit!" (as I already have multiple times in the past).Its a shame they have great items...im not going back there again just to be made uncomfortable.

I went to the store to pick up the items I ordered online. I had five items. Not great and I wanted to exchange. Adrina G. was the sales girl helping me. I was told I can't exchange or return that I have to give it a few days because the system needs to update on their end that I picked up the order. HUH? I received an email notification that the order was picked up while at the store even. Adrina got snarky with me and told me there is nothing she can do and this is common practice. Maybe common for this brand but anywhere else I've shopped if I pick up an order online from the store I can exchange and return with no issues right there. I didn't appreciate the gas lighting or the attitude. I'm going to return the entire order via mail. This is my first and last time doing any business with this brand.

Grabbed some bra’s and panties (they’re THE best I’ve owned). But what made it better was Tatiana’s help. She was so patient and helpful finding my size and helping me find the right bra, it’s very hard for me to find a good bra. She made feel sooo comfortable!!! Throw everything to the trash and get yourself some Intimissimi’s, you won’t regret it!

I shopped for a group gift of lingeries for my friend’s upcoming wedding. Tatiana showed me several items and I selected three high quality pieces with her help. This Italian Lingerie is so well constructed and the materials and beautiful and luxurious. She also steamed all three items and boxed them for me with the help of another woman who was maybe the manager. My friend loved the gift and will probably be back to buy more lingerie for herself. I highly recommend them. I rarely buy lingerie but I will refer friends to them often because we received great service and high quality items.

Complete and utter junk! I got conned into buying bras since they were all $19 for the Irvine grand opening. I bought 4! They don't fit well. One strap constantly falls down on the sports bra, the bottom material rolls up all day and what's worse, after 1! wear, the bra is completely damaged. The material frayed immediately in the front of the bra so now I see the product is garbage and you try to make it seem like it's an Italian luxury. I've been to Italy and I shop Italy, this isn't it. It's a wannabe luxury product that fails to deliver!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered 4 items from the website. It didn't fit me and I returned it. This happened on 11 November 2021 and today is 02 Feb 2022 and I still haven't gotten my refund inspite of calling them 4 times. I finally called my bank to revoke the transaction. Will never buy from the website ever again!

Well, not much more I can say other than this place is amazing. Aside from their lingerie being super cute and comfy, their employees (shoutout to Tatianna especially!) made this often awkward experience into a super fun and memorable afternoon. Definitely give this place a go!

The customer service is awesome but the quality of the products are subpar. I went in with a friend and she initially loved the bras she bought but had to exchange them twice because the wire popped out after wearing it once. She thought it was just one bad one in the batch until it happened again and ultimately returned it. I bought a couple bras which were fine, just a couple loose threads here and there, and some underwear. I didn't want to buy the seamless underwear because the elasticity didn't seem durable but the sales rep assured me that it would be good quality and would hold up. It didn't. It has already stretched out after a couple times of use and slides down. The sales reps are very polite and helpful but the quality of their brand needs to improve.

terrible service. the site barely works, constantly freezes and throws it out of the system. when buying a gift card, be careful, you will be charged, but it will take a long time to solve your problem, answering with standard phrases. so I do not recommend spending money, nerves and energy on this brand if you want to buy a gift card for your friend. most likely he won't get it.

I went there few days ago, I knew the brand from Europe. Marve had full of enthusiasm for the brand. Even though I went there just to check the store, she convinced me to get all their bestseller bras and silk tops. I couldn't leave the store, will be back so soon! Thank you for the excellent customer service and amazing product quality.
