I needed assistance in modifying an existing account to limit the access for an elderly parent, and Ms. Masha was able to sympathize and understand since she had to do the same. She took the time to hear me out completely, then restate what my requests were to make sure she understood. Then she patiently and accurately fulfilled my requests. Since my modifications weren't easy, It took the assistance from other advisors to get me taken care of.
