My youngest is returning to school and apparently Timberlands are back in style 🙄. We looked high and low for her size and came out to one size bigger. She was just about to settle with the 7 and that had me concerned. 1 whole size bigger?! On top of that, another girl in the store was an actual 7, but my daughter took the very last pair, before we found the gem of Journey. I started calling the closest shoe stores but but to no avail. Everyone was sold out. On my 4th call, a newfound favourite store had them and had her size 6 in stock. The nice lady assured me she would put them to the side for me. The store is in the cut, 3rd floor hidden but not only did they have my baby size, they had a plethora of shoes that are almost instinct anywhere else. If the customer service wasn't so great, I would've kept this diamond in the rough to myself. I might regret it later, lol. Great store, great product and great customer service!!!

Excellent. The girls at the register were super helpful and nice. I came in to try on shoes but not buy anything. They were still very polite when I left. They deserve a raise. Thank you.

Johana was perfect at her job while I was shopping at journey's very kind and courtesy, helpful and of course on point with her selection at her store. My daughter and I went home happy. Thank you so much ?

Cashier was very rudeI came into the store prepared to buy some converse and maybe another shoe I saw there. My sister came after me to give me her drink and go to another store, so she left immediately. I was making my way down the aisle when I heard the cashier speaking to his coworker and he said (something along the lines of) “ Damn I was gonna say something but nah I shouldn’t”, After his coworker inquired more he said “it’s about the customer that just left”. While he didn’t explicitly say anything, his tone spoke for him, it was not a good comment. I know I can’t control what others say, but he could have at least had the decency to wait until I was out of earshot before saying anything. My sister was the only one who left, so she was the only person he could’ve been talking about. He was a tall man working at about 12:30 on Wednesday September 20.

Horrible customer service, should learn to attend to customers if they walk in the store. Associates took a good 5 minutes to separate from their own conversation to finally decide to come help me out. (Didn't even offer alternative shoes to the ones that I wanted and were out of stock so I left and got much better treatment at Nike). Next time I'll be sure to make sure I don't interrupt a conversation before walking in to do business here.

I didn't get the name of the associate but the lady was so quick and swift with my request of black crocs in different sizes. We were able to get the size we needed after going to 2 different locations before and I was impressed that these crocs came boxed!Very lovely service and lady was so helpful in giving us options to save money.

Joanne was very helpful. I needed to exchange a pair of defective vans that I purchased online and she was not only able to help with my exchange but she was able to give me some tips and advise on future shoe purchases. Very satisfied with the customer service this store always has to offer.
