The store manager and employee in training was thorough and the environment was very relaxed. Friendly and knowledgeable associate gave samples and made additional suggestions. Customers always welcomed to try something and return returning customers. The store was friendly and efficient and highly recommend this store. Spontaneous consultation gave wonderful recommendation for facial cream for dry skin. Ordered online for pick up was efficient and super friendly. Associate always ask for update on how well product is working. Never forced to purchase and no need sample.
OK service. Spent 80+ but didn't get samplers so I don't feel respected.

I had a spontaneous consultation with Ann at the Del Amo location. She was very knowledgeable and had fabulous positive fun energy. I was very uncomfortable in my dry skin and Ann made a wonderful recommendation for a facial cream. Thank you Ann!
