Came in to purchase a shirt went to self check out I tried to use money and they lady said they dont work with cash, so I had to wait for long time for there was one cashier that was taking for ever and my leg was hurting. So I had to walk out without the shirt, because I couldn't wait in line anymore, about 15 minutes of waiting

Always my go to when shopping. I feel relax here not very busy, quiet and the atmosphere feels relaxing. I live roaming through every department to see deferent and new products. Always love the discounts and sale.

I have always liked Kohls but what I can honestly say that I haven't cared for at all is the fact that they have made it impossible to find a pos/point of sale, I'm so sick of these businesses/owners not hiring enough employees so they can be come richer and inconvenience the customers. Sadly to say it's no longer about customer satisfaction. Time to revolt !! Then further to penny pinch these owners don't have any AC so the stifling air is disgusting. Perhaps that's why there's so many illnesses around. I may not return to this Kohls but then again aren't they all the same. To top it off one of the employees that was working on putting items back on display was useless in helping me with direction to certain areas.
So it's up to you ! I say it as I see it......
