Terrible experience with their customer service. Employees here are very rude, unprofessional, and unfamiliar with Kohl's policies. This store should be better trained to Kohl's standards. Avoid this location and go to Redondo or Cerritos which have far superior customer service.

A shoutout to the helpful, kind employees at this Kohl's where I recently shopped in the store in the women's department. I especially want to thank Madelene, an outstanding empoyee, who went out of her way to assist me in finding what I was looking for. She is obviously a very hard-working employee, as I observed her walking back and forth several times through the entire women's department, hanging up clothes that people left in the dressing room or had put back in the wrong place, and straightening out diplays, picking up hangers, etc. to make the department look so much better. She seemed to have a lot of pride in her work. I was trying to find a different size in one blouse that I really liked, and I was so grateful when she finally found it behind some other blouses, completely hidden from view. You are awesome, Madelene!! Keep up the good work. Andrea H., Torrance.

Great store!! Clean and well-stocked shelves!! Friendly Associates and greeted by manager on Black Friday for past 5 years since I’ve met him. He makes sure everything is running smoothly on such a busy time of year!!

Bad experience. Several months ago went in to buy Activewear drawstring black pants. I bought one pair here and the same identical pair in Paso Robles Kohl's. I liked the fit and feel however black dye leaks out of the pants. Label said wash inside out. WELL WELL WELL. I have washed them over and over many times now. First experience was my white matelasse bedspread which wasn't cheap got stained black. Then the next thing was stained underwear. A few pairs that had to be thrown away. Also our white toilet seat. Every time I wear these pants dye leaks out. I itch all over from these pants. Especially the crotch area. It is disgusting. I looked for the receipt and can't find it. What a big hassle and a money pitt. All over some dumb black pants. I am tossing them for good as I have had it. Now I am short pants due to this experience and have to go out to another store. Nice job Kohl's.

The store at south is actually great. However, my problem is with the online it end up being a fraud attack and I had to close my entire checking account. It interceded stating that I can pick up my item at the Torrance location needs to be a stronger security system when it comes to online purchases.

The Kohls in Torrance is an excellent place to shop. The associates are usually friendly. The store has a reasonable return policy that helps its customers feel confident when shopping. The associates in the store are helpful.

Was looking for lingerie and saw that one of them looked worn… was told that they don’t have a policy for undergarments and people can just come in and try them on and they get put back on the floor???? So unsanitary and disgusted. Don’t buy lingerie from here DO NOT!! They should have a policy for this!!

I haven't been to Kohls for awhile but when I went there I noticed that they have new self checkout machines. It was easy to check out because no one was using them. They also still have cashiers available but not as many.

I am grateful for Kohl's extended hours. Seriously, it was helpful when you have many tasks to complete in one evening. I'm also grateful that Kohl's has partnered with Amazon so returns can be processed and we receive a discount coupon to be used on the day of your Amazon return ONLY. Quite an incentive. The reason for the 3 star rating is that Amazon has move the Amazon station for a FOURTH time. Three times on the first floor, and now it is on the second floor by the restrooms. I believe the intent is to immerse you into the store to pass as much Kohl's merchandise as possible with hopes that you will buy. The clerk tonight was just there to do her job. She clearly was not enjoying herself. Never made eye contact with any customers, did the bare minimum and that's it. She never smiled, her voice was monotone, almost to the point that she was pissed we were even there. When it was my turn, I attempted to make her smile by saying "is it almost quitting time for you tonight?" She sternly said "nope!" She was supposed to explain the coupon with my receipt but that was just too much for her tonight. None of the customers before me received an explanation either. Hey, Kohl's, it would be nice to post a sign at the top of the escalator as to which direction was the Amazon Returns counter. Just a little tip for you. Ok, bye.

Each time I visit this store, my applied discounts vary. Some allow me to use all & are eager to assist. Others only allow me to use one at a time & are not very knowledgeable about this process?

I'm really looking Kohl's more and more. First is the clean open quiet store ambiance. The store here in Torrance on Crenshaw is right in amongst so many of the other stores I love to shop.The prices on men's casual clothes are right where I need them so that I can afford the real necessities and an occasional splurge. Plus with all the value of Kohl's prices they have that easy Amazon return counter to save me the time of printing and boxing up my unfortunate Amazon miss-steps.
