“The owner accidentally shrank and damaged an expensive comforter that had been imported from Japan. When I went to pick it up, the owner immediately owned up to the mistake and apologized profusely. Furthermore, he fully refunded my money for that and one other item that was not damaged at all, and even went so far as to drive all the way to Koreatown so he could replace the comforter with a comparable comforter imported from Korea. We all make mistakes, but it is how we deal with them that defines our character. The family that owns this business showed their honest and sincere character in this episode and deepened my respect for them in the process. A community is made up of people, and I feel fortunate to have the owners of Sharon’s dry cleaners in ours. I will continue to support their business so they can remain an integral part of our community. I hope you do too. Especially because they are great dry cleaners apart from being people of high character.”

I spent a lot on these pants and don't feel that skilled in my sewing abilities, so I went to Yelp and found Susan's.I came in on a Tuesday and Susan assessed the zipper replacement and quoted $20. There was no rush for my repair so she said she could have it ready by Saturday. I was so pleased to see how nicely the new zipper was sewn in and for a very reasonable price! Thank you!
