“Excellent service! I came here once before and felt the lady was a bit rude, but could be the language barrier. lol came here today to get my button sown back on my jacket, which they said it would take 30 mins when I called. But I walked in and she did it for FREE in two minutes! This is a win for me, not saying you will get free service 🙏🏾🤭”

“The owner accidentally shrank and damaged an expensive comforter that had been imported from Japan. When I went to pick it up, the owner immediately owned up to the mistake and apologized profusely. Furthermore, he fully refunded my money for that and one other item that was not damaged at all, and even went so far as to drive all the way to Koreatown so he could replace the comforter with a comparable comforter imported from Korea. We all make mistakes, but it is how we deal with them that defines our character. The family that owns this business showed their honest and sincere character in this episode and deepened my respect for them in the process. A community is made up of people, and I feel fortunate to have the owners of Sharon’s dry cleaners in ours. I will continue to support their business so they can remain an integral part of our community. I hope you do too. Especially because they are great dry cleaners apart from being people of high character.”

“I used their fluff and fold drop off service after I became overwhelmed with laundry and my complex’s washers broke. They had my laundry done within a day, and thoughtfully and carefully folded and organized all of my laundry. They treated my laundry better than I do myself, so no complaints at all from me.”

“Multiple load washers make this chore less taxing. If you don't need to separate its 1 wash, 1 dry and out. Personnel is not very sociable, takes away from rating.”

“I brought a pair of pants I had only worn twice and the zipper had caught the tape and wouldn't zip up anymore. I spent a lot on these pants and don't feel that skilled in my sewing abilities, so I went to Yelp and found Susan's.I came in on a Tuesday and Susan assessed the zipper replacement and quoted $20. There was no rush for my repair so she said she could have it ready by Saturday. I was so pleased to see how nicely the new zipper was sewn in and for a very reasonable price! Thank you! I'll definitely be retuning next time I need alterations!”

“I was thoroughly impressed with the ownership of Torrance Laundry Center. They were incredibly helpful and cleaned my Ruggable for a reasonable charge. Other places quoted enormous amounts, but Torrance did a fantastic job. Drying a washable carpet takes time on low heat to ensure it's completely dry, and they handled it perfectly. It came out great”
