The food here is always on point sandwiches are excellent! The owner of the business is the one who always serves you, and she's very very pleasant and very very nice! It's a quick inconvenient place to get into and get out of and have a nice little meal.

The owner of this franchise has refused to refund my money for a sandwich they never delivered. I even went into the store to speak to the manager and she left, walked out the door and got into her car and drove away.

Id like to speak abt my visit on Monday at lees, although very busy service was nice and even though the wait line was a bit long my sandwich was still warm and fresh to perfection.

Laast night on mt lunch hour i ordered a teriyaki sandwich asian style. Whe. My order was up i sat down and ate it and it was only lettuce tomato. I went back yo tbe lady and she called the cook i. The back. I said just add the sweet pickles onions and cilantro. I sat down ate the first half. The cook from the baxk came out watching me so i ate the second half and it was spicy. I was like wtf. So i just ignored til this morning. My stomach is hurting i been vomiting bile. Thats wrong she put them green hot peppera in my sandwich cutting them like bell peppers. Im sick as a goat today. She needs to be fired

It's a spot where you can pick up a sandwich quickly with their wonderful and delicious coffee! Service is great. You can call ahead of time or wait there for the service. Either way, it's quick! When you walk in, it's a little shop. There's a lot of little snacks on the side to pick up from shrimp chips, breads, crackers, or juices. I highly recommend having a ban mi styled sandwich. Delicous!

Good food! Recommend the breakfast sandwiches and the grilled chicken or pork sandwiches. Service is pretty fast and they have a few tables to sit but it's not a big place over all. The coffee is good too and have variety of snacks as well.

Finally I can stop going to the Garden Grove(Brookhurst) location. Lee's is one of those sandwich places I have to have once a week. This location's sandwiches are exceptional. It's very clean and service is good.

The people are really nice ! I got my brother a gift certificate which he enjoyed . I was surprise about that but it’s all good . I go quite often with my nephew and nieces they love the mango smoothie. For me tho I enjoy the lee’s ice coffee .Kid-friendliness: Nieces enjoy drinking their mango smoothies inside.Parking: There’s a big parking lot shared with other shops
