In all my years. And there is a few to count. I have never received the spectacular service that I did today at Lids. In fact the service usually sucks tbh. But this store has a stellar performer by the name of Brandon. Great service. Great care. Great hat! Thank you once again.

7/3/23…walked in and looked around for about 5 mins. I seriously thought I was alone in that little store. I realized that the sales person was just behind the counter like he didn’t want to be there. I got a bit creeped out and walked out. This is the Lids in the outside shopping area.

Worst experience I had recently here with a young man there named Ty. On 2/20/2023 at 7:29pm. The register number is 6326-04 and the cashier number is 627734. His name is Ty. I walked in with a friend and needed help finding a size that was too high up. I asked if he had a 7 1/4 in a hat and he told me "everything is in order so if it isn't there, it's not there". Didn't bother to help me at all or at least check for me, my friend who is taller had to help me and guess what, the size I needed wasn't even in the right "order".I was gonna pay Apple Pay because I've been here before and he told me "do you have the card because this will go much faster if you do." What does that even mean??? And he told me that I had to make two payments for the total, which I have never even done that last time I was there. My card wasn't working because the reception was terrible and he kept sighing and seemed irritated because of it and at the end I said thank you and he ignored me. He had a complete attitude when I first got there and really something needs to be done because this is not a good person to be working there if this is a service based store.

says open at 10:00 AM, we waited till 10:35AM no one was here to open the store or answer phone call :(, we had go somewhere else.

I think this place is permanently closed, can't find it. But Google maps takes you to Cap City instead (same physical location.) The picture on here looks nothing like the surrounding areas and reviews are from years ago so I guess they didn't survive COVID.

Jonathan is the man. He is patient and very professional. He answers all of my questions and knows how to design hats very well. I can trust him and come back to design more hats. Jonathan is the reason why I decided to place more orders later on. The kids loved the hat he designed. I recommend you to this Lids in Torrance inside the mall.

I don't like the fact that they have a $10 hat sale but when I went inside the store they would not honor the sale. On top of false advertising, very poor customer service. Employees should honor sales if it's still being advertised.

Went in to get a custom hat made. Gave the guy there all my info on saturday. Said it'd be done on Wednesday but gave me a call today "Monday" saying its ready to pick up. Great bunch of guys

Why go anywhere else for a hat,when Lids gotten all. Plus customs stitching.
