I toured this facility. Though they did not have what I was looking for (I needed 3 bedroom) the property was so nice and clean. They had updated amenities and it was surprisingly quiet for such a big property. The property manager,Simeonne , gave me a list of their other properties that have 3 bedrooms. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic place to live! I have lived here for nearly 5 years and love living at Camino. If I didn't love it so much, I would have moved by now. The apartment complex is well cared for and maintained. The cleaners are always tidying it up and keeping it looking nice. My service requests are always handled in a timely manner. When my dishwasher broke, Simeonne, the property manager, had it replaced with a new one within the week. The new appliance is great! Great location too as it is in walking distance to everything, even my kids' school. The schools are top rated in this area, which is why we moved to Torrance. We were in the Antelope Valley previously and the schools are not as good there as in the South Bay. The only downside is that Torrance has more petty theft in the last year. I have not had any issues at Camino De Oro but my car was broken into at the movie theaters in Torrance during the middle of the day. It is unfortunate that California is not harsher on criminals. All in all, I would highly recommend living at Camino.

it's a descent place to live. Just be careful with the underground parking structure and storing your stuff. A lot of theft issues.

Great place to live, I always see cleaning crews and pool and building maintenance around the property and everyone is always very friendly. For the most part a lot of the residents seem to be very close looking out for each other and their kids. More recently they have been updating windows and sliding doors which is awesome, me being a window and door guy I know that new windows definitely will make these apartments much more quiet and energy efficient. I'm happy to live here in this great community.

When I was living there with my dad, management were always awful and overcharging my father for the small living space. They raised the prices way too often and caused my family to be forced to move out due to expensive rent. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

Think twice about renting here, rent increases at least twice a year. We used to have 2 parking spaces, but took one away & told us if we want to keep it we'd have to pay an additional $75! Ridiculous! It's a gated parking garage but tell me why there's constant auto thefts at least once or twice a month. When management is asked about the cameras in the garage, they say they have 2, but I don't think they're even working! So instead they put a sign up (see photo). So we're supposed to be mindful of thieves, we pay so much to live here you would think they'd have working security cameras & at least security patrolling the property. This place is a joke!

Bikes and personal items stolen everyday in the garage. Rules here are not for everyone. One pays for garage parking and the other dont just because they signed the lease days before or after the new rules. Not enough cameras in the garage or in front of the building. One of the rules: no junk and bikes on the patio. Look in the pictures. Their sign say "luxury apartments", since when if we dont have security and when it rains garage floods and makes noisy in the pipes? Rent raises every 6 months. if you want to have a extra hour of sleep, forgte it: leafblowers make the most noise in early morning. Nightmare!!! Never again.

Outdated apartments, old appliances, mirrored closets, no updates in at least 20 years. Yet they will raise the rent over $125 every six months. All they do is throw on a coat of paint and charge you extra for a parking spot. It is outrageous what they are charging. We are paying to update other apartments so they can charge even more ridiculous prices. Corporate greed at its best. Shame on management.
