You can go anywhere for home improvement like Home Depot, or Ace, or Lowe's here.
But, when my son and I visited this Lowe's yesterday we were pleasantly surprised by how friendly, courteous, and helpful the staff were. Place was clean and nigh immaculate.
Especially Brenda. Sensing my son and I were looking for something specific, she stopped pruning and walked over to us. And, really, we weren't even that close this was a good 20-30 yards away... anyway, she walked over to assist.
Sorry Home Depot, I won't be returning ... I'm a Lowe's guy now.

Assisted by the young workers at Customer Service desk, they were not only helpful but also displayed a sense of urgency that I truly appreciated. It made my experience so much better.
