The dealership staff are consistently described as excellent, patient, kind, nice, knowledgeable, personable, professional, helpful, and accommodating. The team is respectful, available to respond to every inquiry, and ensures a professional process. The entire experience is considered one of the best car experiences ever had. Lucid is an absolutely incredible car company, often viewed as the anti-Tesla. It offers beautifully crafted and extremely luxurious cabins, a contrast to cold, minimalist interiors. The vehicles feature a beautiful 34-inch floating curved display while keeping traditional speed and relevant info directly in front of the driver. The cars drive incredibly well, with impressive acceleration. The Lucid Air Touring features a 620-horsepower dual-motor all-wheel-drive powertrain, achieving 0-60 mph in 3.4 seconds, while the Lucid Air Pure achieves it in 3.8 seconds. A key highlight is the incredible range, securely putting Lucid at the very top of the list for EV range. The Air Touring has an EPA-estimated 425 miles, and the Air Pure an estimated 410 miles, with the Touring noted as the most efficient model yet. The car is considered the best EV on the market and the favorite car ever owned by a long-time collector. Owners also report positive service experiences, with staff accommodating requests and needs, fostering anticipation for many more years of great service.
