Me and my wife came In today to buy a few things and my wife wanted to try everything on . While we were in the store a man kept asking if we were doing ok . But like 20 times . It made us feel so uncomfortable. We needed up not buying anything . He was bugging so much it stressed us out . And we are pretty regular there . This guy has no business working here . We was literally filling us in the store . Creepy . But he was obviously not interested in women so I felt uncomfortable

Shoutout to Grant! He was very helpful in helping me find what I want and even got an item off a mannequin because it was the last item in the store. Really appreciate the help and his above and beyond level of customer service.

I am a loyal Lululemon customer, but I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Torrance location yesterday. I attempted to exchange a gift for a gift card, clearly communicating this to the cashier. However, the transaction was incorrectly processed as a return to the original gift giver's account.
When I pointed out the error, the cashier was unwilling to rectify it. I then spoke to the manager, who did cancel the transaction but refused to issue the gift card I requested. Instead, I was told the only option was to make a purchase immediately in the store.
This experience was frustrating and has left me very dissatisfied. I hope Lululemon can address these issues to prevent similar experiences in the future. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I will not be returning to this store.

Mayline is the worst manager I’ve ever encountered. Completely unprofessional—texting on her phone while transacting with a trainee that charged my card five times for one transaction. I had to call my bank to fix it but now I have to reach out to customer service support. This is unacceptable. Hire someone competent for management.

I’ve shopped at this location often and never had an issue. Typically the customer service is good. I came in to return some items from an online return and was given awful customer service. Unfortunately the card I made the order with was compromised and I had to close it and get a new card number. The person helping me named Rudy who was the manager on duty refused to help me with the return even after explaining the situation, showing him my ID, and my credit card app with the lululemon charges. What makes it extremely frustrating is that I was in store doing a return from the same order a few days prior and explained what happened and there was no issue and they were really nice to me. I called customer service and they helped me but it was a hassle and sometimes people are so I flexible and don’t know how to have customer service or use their brains. I would not recommend dealing with him specifically in store as it was an unpleasant experience.

I went to this Linglinglemon today and they had a water fountain which was great for me as a golden retriever boyfriend i used 5 times!!! 5 stars.

I did not catch her name but the woman working the cash registers (older, asian? lady) was so helpful and kind. I had an issue with my leggings and she immediately offered to help and walked me over to the leggings. I wish I knew her name but she is an amazing employee! Also, the guy folding pants in the back was very nice and helped me order leggings. Overall, great experience.
