“After reviewing furniture from several stores. We decided to get our furniture from Jerome's Furnitrue. Everyone we spoke to was pleasant and very helpful. They did not hover like many furniture stores do. They were within eyesight to ask questions and very knowledgeable about the furniture. Unknowingly we even spoke to the store manager and the assistant manager. No pressure we given or felt. Every question was answered even if it was previously asked. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Quality products and good prices.”

Another note: Casper hauled away my old mattress for free, making the process seamless for me. I was also recommended the Casper Original pillow & mattress protector, which I was able to buy in store. it totally elevates my sleeping experience.
