FOR THE TRUCK DRIVERS. This store unloads in the front parking lot in front of the store entrance. Pull in head towards the entrance, turnout, and then back toward the doors. Now, they seem to think it is a good idea to park their cars where you need to turn out. I guess walking a few extra feet is too much to ask. They'd rather make it difficult for a full-size truck with a 53-foot trailer to maneuver. They unload by hand. You will be there awhile.

I'm a lowtech person and I fatfinger on most screens and there are so many different kinds of programs that I usually
need help. This slows down the line behind me but Michaels trains their employees to help
customers in any way that makes the customer satisfied.
Works for me and someday
I'll get with the program. They're
so versatile, you as a customer
have so many options that can
help you the customer. I'd say
ask them and they might have an answer or solution. Like in
store pickup and I don't know
what else but I saw lockers for
pickup so ask if you need something. I'm not kidding,
computers are great I'm just
getting started late. Great Store!

The store is clean, full of things we need at good prices. I’ve always thought the staff there were nice, but Brian was above and beyond. He not only points at the directions of where things are (that’s what normal staff would do right), but walks you over to where the items are placed. I then needed help at the self checkout and he was there again and kindly helped me. I think he makes himself available to the customers, and is genuinely very helpful. Just wanted to leave a good review for him since he saved my time and I’m grateful.

I never use self check out, but with 1 cashier working, we decided to use it. We had issues with items not ringing up with the correct prices. We pressed the call attendant button and waited for 10 minutes and no one came to help. We finally had to track someone down to help us. By that time, the check out line was crazy long, and still no extra cashiers to help out.

This location needs to replace and restock on items. No ribbon choices. Not much. Alot of the baking supplies are out. Customer service is not nice not very helpful.
