CVS is really the worst. This is my second bad experience with them. They claimed they called my name for my appointment but I was there and waited over 15 mins before I found out they cancelled my appointment. Then I was told I should have just taken an at home test.

Came here for a TB test (I needed for school ASAP). My first appointment was fine, was told to come back friday for the results. Come friday morning, I show up and no one is there, lights are off. Even tried coming back at noon, no one was there.I try calling customer service, they tell me to reschedule. Now i have to get another shot and wait another 48-72 hours for the results. Thanks for wasting my time$35 for first appointment, $40 after results by the way

Had my second visit in 3 months here today. Was very fortunate to have Alice as my NP this time and she was awesome. She's sharp, experienced, and most of all was committed to resolving my issue fully (this wasn't the case the last time I was there, with another clinician). I was so impressed and am very appreciative for her professionalism and care. Not sure if it's possible to request a specific provider but I would highly recommend her if you can!

This looks to be a pretty good option if you need a quick test/ injection done. There's plenty of parking and the staff seems nice and helpful. It could be 5 stars but with a name like MinuteClinic I just feel I would be over promising ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

DO NOT USE A MINUTE CLINIC inside a CVS.THEY have people working there who are going to steal your ID.

My father had an infection and he did not have insurance as he is from Europe. Doctor Rachel Wilson provided consultation and she was taking the time to talk and ask a lot of questions and she gave him the best medicine. She called in 2 days to check his progress. as well to make sure that the antbiotics are working. We were very happy with the service provided.

I came in to get my cholesterol tested. I made an appointment online and waited no more than 2 minutes. The nurse practitioner was very nice and efficient. I got what I wanted from the visit. It was my first time using Minute Clinic. It's good to know that it's there for when I need it in the future for something else.

Dr. Chilaka is amazing! She put me at ease right away and was quick to give information and answer my questions. The quick diagnosis and her willingness to look at how my condition had progressed, was excellent medical care! If I could see her for all of my medical problems, I would! It was my first time using a minute clinic; Dr. Chilaka's kindness, knowledge, and humor made it so it certainly won't be my last visit. Thank you so much!!

This incident occurred on Nov 22, 2020 @ 4pm-ish. My husband and I went to this Minute Clinic CVS for an egg-free flu shot. We were traumatized! The woman who is supposed to provide the service was extremely aggravating. I asked her whether egg-free flu shots were available and she said they were. She asked why I needed an egg-free flu shot and I responded, "because I was allergic to eggs". A very unpleasant experience ensued. She proceeded to interrogate me asking whether I ate eggs, breads or cookies to which I responded that I did not. She asked the same question again and my husband pitched in and responded again that I did not eats eggs or foods with eggs. When she proceeded to ask a third time, with her tone rising, we walked away. I felt assaulted and provoked by her attitude, tone and words and did not want to engage any more with such an unpleasant human being. At this point, even if she had offered to provide the flu shot, I would have not taken it. In my opinion, a health professional should care and be kind always, notwithstanding personal issues. If there is some requirement to show proof of egg allergy she could professionally ask for it and kindly inform potential clients of the requirements or limitations. In any case, this experience left such a bad taste, we reported it to the manager and left the store. We will not be returning to this store.

I traveled from Santa Monica to this Minute Clinic for my annual Flu Shot because of the strong reputation it has for providing great service and I was not disappointed. I made an appointment for the Flu Shot on the CVS website and was seen on my appointment time. I highly recommend doing that as someone that showed up without an appointment I saw got one, but had to leave and come back 2 hours later. Make an appointment online! The reason I come to CVS for my Flu Shot and don't get it at the doctor's office or any pharmacy is that contrary to popular opinion not all Flu Vaccines are created equal! There are different formulations, strengths, and some will have preservatives in them that can harm you. I studied all this stuff a few years ago. Only CVS Minute Clinic (not the CVS pharmacies) carry FLUBLOK Preservative Free Egg Free Quad Single Shot refrigerated prefilled syringes made by Sanofi Pasteur--one of the finest Flu Vaccine companies. That is what I get every year and it sits well in me. Why does not every place dispense it? Because it's very expensive! $70.00 if you are paying cash. Doctors give you the cheap stuff because that is all the reimbursement they can get from insurance. But I have never had a health insurance company reject the claim from CVS and they pay it in full under preventative care--sometimes you have to push them on the phone though--but they will pay. You may have to deal with the insurance company's rep making sarcastic comments like, "What!, Joe's Flu Vaccine for $10.00 is not good enough for you...your body need the fancy $70.00 FLUBLOK before you go shopping at Fendi on Rodeo Drive..." But they will pay for it. And the nurse that treated me, I think her name was Diana, was so nice, that I almost wanted to make up a medical problem to see her again the next day. I was looking at the list of things CVS treats...Ah..I can tell her the next day I got a splinter...and the day after that..I need a TB test...and the day after that...I need a pregnancy test...Ummmm--that one may not work?
