I've been training with Mitchell Fitness Systems for years and can't recommend Thomas enough. He's encouraging, really cares about fundamentals and technique and is fun to work out with and talk to. You can tell he's really passionate about his clients success, fitness and health and he cares about your goals and will tailor make workouts to help you achieve them. Working out has felt like a chore before but working out with Thomas is something I always look forward to! An hour workout will feel like fifteen minutes

Hooray!! No more meds for my bone density issues. Recently after my bone density test, I expected the worst coming from my doctor which was to continue with a stronger med for my condition. What about an increase in my bone density? I have to thank Coach Trent for that and more! Yes, it can be a struggle to continually improve and challenge your strength at times but with Trent's encouragement, his knowledge of my medical issue and his specific training of what my body needs made my immediate journey to wellness achievable. My personal goal of attaining fitness is on-going, as I become older realizing being healthy is a key to being a happier person and not taking it for granted. I have been working out with Trent for 8+ years now. His style of teaching the importance of a particular exercise, besides the what is, the why and the affects for your body. I have had many personal trainers since 1997 in a variety of gyms but no one trainer compares to the training from Trent Mitchell. I thank him for his professionalism, his superior knowledge of physiology, kinesiology, and nutrition while being dedicated to his clients and their well-being. If you are looking for a TRUE trainer, do yourself and your body a favor and look no further.

For about two years I have been a client of Trent Mitchell, of Mitchell Fitness. Trent was originally recommended to me by my Physician, MD. Over the last two years Trent has patiently worked with me through two recoveries from operations, helped me regain and improve my well-being, strength and overall health. I couldn't be happier with the result I have been able to achieve with the training and motivation I get working out at Mitchell Fitness. I've been training here for about 8 months. I'm honestly shocked how far I've come in such a short amount of time. I've found a new passion for fitness that can not be turn off. I am just so grateful for what they have done for me here! Last thing I'm going to say is.... they're not getting rid of me anytime soon!

You won't find a better trainer who provides all the right tools needed to become a new you. The things i learned about myself through Trent led me to finally understand what worked for me physically and nutritionally. The last 8 months have been a challenge but now i am on the right path to staying successful and progressing more. Thanks to Trent for continuing to keep me focused.

Have nothing but great things to say about Mitchell Fitness Systems. Thomas is absolutely awesome! He is knowledgeable, patient, and works with you at your own pace. He takes the time to explain proper body mechanics, safety, and how the exercise you are doing will benefit a specific part of your body. Plus you get a great workout! I definitely feel stronger after working with Thomas. I would highly recommend going to Mitchell Fitness Systems and working with Thomas!
