I have never written a yelp review, but I think Muscles for Me deserves my time to do this. I started strength training with Cari at Muscles for Me late June 2021. I am a senior citizen with tennis elbow in both arms, back, knee and foot issues, etc. I needed lots of consideration for injuries. I had not been able to go to the gym during Covid. I had managed to lose some weight but unfortunately, I felt I suddenly lost all my collagen and muscle tone so everything was sagging. At my age, I wasn't sure I could even do the work or make a difference but I had to try. I certainly didn't feel comfortable going back to the gym yet. This business has been perfect for me. It allows me time in the gym of Cari's creation with just her & I in the building. I feel safe and I look forward to this time. Cari helped me gradually work through my issues without any injuries or setbacks. Her focus on correct form is what makes this possible. She takes the time to explain why the correct form will build the muscle you want and avoid injury. She helped me gain strength & confidence. I am already doing exercises & weight levels I never thought I never could do again. Even though it's been a short period of time, I can see tremendous progress already and as I continue to do the work I'm sure I will see more. In addition to being very competent & knowledgeable, Cari is very warm & caring while remaining very professional. Cari is a great chef and shares the fruits of her labor with those of us who desire to eat healthfully, but want less time shopping and cooking. I order food from her at Caring-Cuisine.com. I love the food and the process is easy and painless. I highly recommend giving Cari a chance to build your strength at Muscles for Me if this is the type of business and atmosphere you're looking for.

I order all my work lunches from Caring-Cuisine, and it works out great. I eat healthy lunches that cost less than buying elsewhere. Highly recommend.

I have been working out with Cari and Muscles for Me for a few years now, twice during the week at early-morning circuit classes, which are very convenient, and Saturdays at Torrance Park. What works best for me is variety, and Cari delivers! Every class consists of a different routine or workout, with music that pumps you up and encourages enthusiasm from all participants. Cari is always 100-percent in the moment with you when you're exercising, and her sense of humor keeps us laughing! I also very much enjoy the soups Cari prepares through Caring Cuisine. Delicious, fresh, nutritious low-cal soups and salads, with a variety of veggie side dishes, help me with meal planning at the last minute! Cari and Muscles for Me are the real deal!

I have been working out with Cari on a one-on-one basis at her private studio in Torrance for awhile now The workouts are challenging but never more than what I am physically capable of achieving. Cari knows my limits and knows how to push me to be stronger. Her confidence inspires me to push myself. Cari's eye and knowledge of proper form helps to prevent injuries and to keep me moving forward. She has helped me understand that proper form and pace will help me achieve the results I want. It's not always about increasing the weight. Cari is also a masseuse which comes in handy with those sore muscles ever so often. Her knowledge of nutrition and the proper balance of lifestyle eating and exercise is always a source of valuable information. The privacy of her studio keeps distractions and interruptions at bay. Cari provides a lot of options that are customizable to the individual which is everything in achieving individual results. Working out with Cari is an investment in and gift to yourself.
