Owner will take down any truth about this bank. This bank is disappointing. Going on 4 weeks as a new customer and yet I haven’t received my bank card. Bottom line, to much run around and no one knows anything. Never again. Was told by customer service, “ I don’t know when you will receive your card. “ great !

This bank use to be One West Bank. For the last few years the service has plummeted. There is No Customer Service. From the Manager to the teller, they act like they are doing you a favor they let you in the door. They changed to First Citizens Bank and the change over has NOT gone smoothly and there is No service. Customers don't matter. Moved my banking.

I have been using One West Bank for about 18 years. I wanted a local bank since I was in the military and used USAA for my banking over my many moves. I love that it is always quiet inside. The tellers are friendly and get to know you. Plus, there seems to be very little turnover in staff. I started using the Riviera location for awhile as well because they are close to my house. They were fabulous too. So happy with the bank, I moved my Mom’s Estate and Trust accounts to One West when she died.

This bank is always seemingly off to me I have been coming here for a while and the biggest complaint I have is the hours since covid, makes absolutely no sense to close at 2pm. Additionally ATM deposits take days to process and whenever there is a long line, nobody steps in to help the tellers. Most of the tellers are very nice but these waits and the hours of operations here are abysmal. I much prefer chase's services.

My family has always enjoyed the great customer service at One West Bank on Carson Street in Torrance. However, this week was exceptional. I had to open a family trust account. Banker Anita Sattar made the complexity of this account so easy to understand. She was friendly, efficient and quickly took care of our business. I couldn't thank her and other staff enough for their help.

Reasons why this bank beats all other banks:* Everyone is friendly to very friendly to me and other customers* Everyone is experienced and competent. They worked at the big banks, but moved to OWB once they saw how OWB treated their employees* No long lines. The same day one person was ahead of me at OWB, I had twenty people ahead of me at Bank of America* Wonderful service. I made a mistake on my math. They called me in person to fix it.* Close parking. I never park more than 15 steps from the door* Their smiles are real

I have been OWB since the days of First Federal. There have been NO problems of any type. Instead, the OWB people have gone out of their way to help in ways that the big banks did not. When I make a mistake on my math, OWB called me to notify, and held the transaction until I could fix my mistake. That is in contrast to hassles I have had with big banks. A quick review of the negative reviews shows many are triggered by single events. In perspective, pretty much every time I go to a big bank I have to deal with unhappy tellers, long lines, and a corporate mentality pushing (sometimes illegally) additional services and accounts to help increase profits.

My mother and grandmother walked in one day hoping to hear some quotes on CD investments. A woman looked at them up and down, and had the audacity to say, "What is your minimum? Because if it's 10K then we have low interest rates." My mother, classier than this bank representative, smiled and nodded, and said okay. And they left. My grandmother had hundreds of thousands to invest. If I was there, I would've looked you up and down, and said, "Who do you think you are? You just work at a bank." But then again, that would've made me just like you. Train your staff better, or hire people with class.

Really bad service bank for fifty dollar bills. Always saying they are out, how is that possible for a financial establishment that weekly orders paper money not increase that order. Hopefully this helps change that.

Absolutely delightful experience I had today at this location. Came in to open an account and was greeted with a friendly smile and great quick service. Both Anita and Farooq were both exceptionally amazing and provided excellent service. I am happy to be a new customer of this bank!
