Absolutely never returning, workers are rude as hell for no reason also very judgyI had went to go look around and see if I liked something and I had found this table where it said everything was $20 on that table I got a sweatshirt keep in mind (there was two of them folded up and picked one of them up) took it to the cash register and she said it was $40 but with taxes is $60 (which insane).. I pointed and straight up told her “I got this on that table that clearly says it’s $20” then she told me “probably someone put it there then” and then I told her “then why is there another one right there folded up nicely obviously no one picked it up and left them there” and then she just told me that her system says it’s $60 she was very rude for absolutely no reason with that tone of hers, I was in complete shock from the fact how overpriced this damn sweatshirt was I payed for it and just left out of anger why miss place things around and make people pay full price be better.

STOP BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. ESPECIALLY ONLINE. 5 days ago i purchased 2 items, I was having issues w entering my card number so I decided to use Apple Pay, when i did this it automatically changed the addresses i had entered to an address i no longer live at with no apartment number. It automatically sent the order through. I don't know how it was even able to process with the incorrect billing address, but it did. I immediately attempted to reach out to customer service and was met with multiple messages saying that once an order is placed you cannot change or cancel the order. Desperate to reach a real person to talk to, i tried every avenue available. The phone on the weekend will tell you to call back on a weekday, then on the weekdays it says they don't take customer service calls and will be helping everyone through the chat, which is run by an automated bot that does next to nothing other than piss you off. I then found that i could message a "real person" if I ask the chat bot. You'd think i might have found a solution talking with the actual customer service, but they told me they would send a request to reship the items and to wait 24 hours to see if it was approved. The next morning i received 3 emails one stating one order had been canceled for being out of stock (which it wasn't) and wouldn't be shipped, although it did ship through a separate carrier in a separate package, and another saying that they had updated the current packages with my correct address: which when sent back to me was missing the first number of my street number. So another incomplete address has been provided for my packages. I contacted them again asking them to just refund me to the total of the order because these packages will be getting lost and they told me i had to wait until the final scan. Which brings me to the fact that i paid for express shipping and they should have been delivered in 3 business days. It been 5 days since i placed the order, 3 of them business days. One carrier (for the item that shipped first) still has not even received a package and the other was tracking through DHL and supposedly will be giving the package to usps but usps still hasn't received the package and i can no longer track it through DHL. Because neither shipping company i can access my tracking through has actually scanned a barcode for anything I can't try to re route or intercept the packages. I have no idea where they are as they should have been delivered today and working with their customer service is like pulling teeth. I would just dispute the payment with my bank, but that too is still pending in my account even after 5 days. Customer service did nothing but make my problem worse and their terrible interface, lack of options for solutions, and lack of real people working for their company have made my experience a nightmare. I've been non stop trying to figure out a solution for 5 days and have received absolutely nothing. Not my packages. Not a refund. Not any idea where or when my packages might arrive. No ability to change any of the orders. They won't reship the items and want me to wait for a final scan to refund. Safe to say i will NEVER be shopping with this company ever again. It's honestly theft at this point.

i rated this location a 1 star i would rate it a zero if i could. I feel as though how they acted towards me and my friends was racially motivated. We did nothing wrong and one of the workers yelled at us in the dressing room for looking at how our friends clothes looked. Then she made assumptions about us that we're wrong. Finally she yelled at one of my friends personally that was not even in the dressing room in the first place.

My goodness I’ve never felt so judged while trying to shop in a clothing store. Almost immediately after I walked through the door the employees were staring me down and whispering amongst eachother. Cashier was also rude and remained silent during the entire interaction. Wont be returning to this location.

I visited this location on 1/16/23 and had a terrible experience. I was met at the fitting room by an Asian girl with patchy red hair. She was extremely disrespectful. She needs to be fired immediately. This type of behavior makes the company looks bad and makes me as a customer never want to return.

I came in not too long ago to exchange a dress I bought 20seconds before with the same cashier (who i watched give attitude to 2 customers before me) because I found the same exact one, but in a different color, and it happened to fit me better. I used two $5 rewards for the previous dress and apparently the rewards only roll over to the next dress if they are the EXACT same, not even if it's the same dress style and price, and instead of simply stating that this was the case, she continued to yell in my face that they are not the same dress... (even though to my knowledge it was the same dress and size, just in a green color not black, but same price) i told her she didn't have to yell, and she just gave back attitude. she should put some of that energy she has into developing a better makeup routine and ditch the lashes that were falling off her eyelids! maybe even work on those eyebrows too! i hope managers take a closer look at their employees because i don't understand why she is working a job she so clearly dislikes... do her a favor and let her go. also give me back my rewards i was saving

I ordered an item online. It wound up being too large. I thought, no problem I'll exchange it or get a refund. First the store said it couldn't be returned, even though it was within the 30 days. Then when I went online to return there was the exception! The item I purchased was not returnable or exchangeable. No where on the site was I informed it was not returnable when I ordered it. They claim Essentials are too much in demand to return. What kind of excuse is that. If they are so high in demand it would certainly sell. You cannot speak to a customer service agent, only a bot in the chat area. I emailed but got no satisfaction. Now I'm stuck with a sweatshirt that was close to $100 and can't use. Last time I will shop there. Terrible customer service. Hopefully this store won't last. Buyer beware!!!

I have a boys body and nothing fits me from here because everything there even the tank tops fit me loose cause I have a small chest and the sizes are def not plus size friendly :/ and all the workers do is talk with their friends and slam the fitting room door honestly if you don't have a chest or aren't super skinny and I mean size zero skinny probably don't shop there because usually nothing will fit ? they should make plus friendly sizes and some for people with small chest because the sizes are like ridiculously small and want you to have big chest.?

I went to pacsun hoping to find some help on finding some jeans for sale and i asked Casandra one of your employees for help and she was very rude, gave me attitude, and never came back after saying she would. Casandra was also mumbling under breathe like if she didn't want to help and i honestly just felt so uncomfortable and unwanted. Do something about this employee.

The worse customer service ever!!! For starters, they hire children who have no idea what they are doing. Not to mention the foul language used by one of the girls who seemed to be "in charge". She literally referes to another coworker as B!t€# and also said WTF when she was frustrated with the return process. She acted as if a customer wasn't right in front of her!!! I won't even mention about how the whole exchange policy is a total ripoff. I'll never take my kids there again!
