“I stopped in last night for the first time ever and I was cutting it SUUUPER close to closing time. I ran in and quickly said I already knew what I needed so I would definitely be done before 630. The owner was very calm and polite; she reassured me about the time, AND she took the time to help me and make sure I got what I was looking for. She asked about my dogs and I told her about some of the issues they have been having, and I ended up getting something just a little different, from the same brand they are now used to, that seems like it will better suit their needs.On a further note -- we have been going out of our way to get our dogs' food because the local place we would go to stopped carrying it. This quickly became very frustrating because every time we would drive out there, we were only allowed to buy one bag. The second to last time I went, after I was already at the car with my one bag, the same person who never allows for more than one bag tells me, "you should have got the 50lb bag" ?♀️ ... WHAT?! There's a 50lb bag?! After all the times I told her we have 3 large dogs, she tells me this now?! Mind you, I had stopped looking around when I would go in, because at that store, they have to get the big bags for you, so, already knowing what I needed, I just started going straight to the counter and asking for the 30lb bag.The last time I went, I asked if I could get 2 bags... she said if I wanted 2 bags, I had to go back around 330... so then I asked for the 50lb bag, and she says they do not have it.I ended up going to the dog foods website to see about purchase options, and to my surprise, it listed PAWramount as a carrier!!I could NOT be more happy about this as not only is PAWramount just minutes away, but they are also SUPER polite. They clearly show how much they care about their customers, AND... I WALKED OUT WITH A 50LB BAG, and RIGHT AT 630???????.YAAAAAAY! ?”

“Our cat, Syree's, birthday was on Monday so we stopped by Pets Plus to spoil her with some good food and a toy or two. We loved the selection of frozen and fresh food for cats. We ended up getting a few cat toys, some treats, and some cat food from the freezer aisle. Syree had a great birthday and loved everything!”

“Centinela is the only place where I purchase all my pets needs. They have high quality food and offer great deals. Make sure to sign up to their email listing to receive notifications when they have sales. However, this particular location is by far my favorite. Every time I walk in the employees there are ready to offer help and are not pushy at all. They are always looking for ways to help you save and are very knowledgeable if you have a question. One employee in particular, Raymond, is absolutely awesome. His customer service skills are excellent and deserves recognition. He always greets you with an excellent smile and is eager to help. Employees like him make me want to keep coming back and be a loyal customer. I highly recommend shopping here.”

There was no attitude or awkward silence, that tends to happen, & it was early in the morning (but I have NOT experienced that at your store) ….and it was a Sunday! He is a 14 year old Malti-pom picky eater, and I actually make fresh food for him, but he supplements with your dry food. I’ve tried many different brands and this is one is definitely a keeper. “Not sure why it this place doesn't get a higher rating, we really like it. We just got a little puppy and this is the go to place for us. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is well stocked, clean, and spacious. In addition to the retail space, they also have grooming, training, pet hotel, and pet hospital! Tip: the grooming folks recommended us to get the Puppy Guide, it was $20 (in a locked storage that you need to ask them to get for you), and it has all kinds of coupons and free services. We started saving with things we needed right away. Parking: never a problem, easy access on both Hawthorn and Sepulveda. The Petsmart on PCH is pretty good, also, but much smaller and depending on where you live, it's a little harder to get in and out.”
