They will do all they can to make sure the customer and their fur babies are welcomed and treated well. They also offer nutritional recommendations based on your pet's needs, and will never hesitate to refund or exchange a product or food that was not to you or your pet's satisfaction. I will drive the distance, bypassing a similar store within walking distance of my home. Excellent customer service is just as important as the quality of the products that are sold.”
