Will continue to now use this place for all my postal needs. I went in to get some documents Notarized. Amazing friendly staff great vibe and super helpful. Great cost for the service provided I love finding places where the people are friendly and all around just nice!!!

I went to postal boxes etc. for the first time and I had excellent customer service. I was told that the place was under new management and Sylvia was very helpful and knowledgeable in comparing prices and giving me the information that I needed. I will definitely make this my regular FedEx and post office one stop shop.

I'm a regular at this local business since it is affordable and the people who work here are friendly and helpful! For this visit I had to ship out a package with a prepaid USPS label for an OfferUp sale. When I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman who was very nice and I explained to him what I needed to do. He helped me find a small box to ship my item in and he made sure to add peanuts to protect the fragile Swarovski Crystal inside. It didn't take long and soon I was paying for the box and he handed me my receipt and tracking number. Postal Boxes Etc is one of those local gems that you find and make it a habit of going to regularly. Thank you!

No complaints with the customer service. I do wish people weren't allowed to just come in and copy a bunch of papers. The young man that works there tried his best to get me a shipping label and make copies for the other guy at the same time, which irritated me a bit. I know it wasn't his fault as it seems like he was the only person that works there but still. Other than that he was extremely kind and apologetic.

ZERO star!This woman is one of the laziest people - she will not lift a finger much less offer to help with your items. She literally gives you (THE CUSTOMER) directions to do all the work. She prints mailing labels, gives you (THE CUSTOMER) the label to place on box/package, then she has you (THE CUSTOMER) lift boxes for her to scan - then she points to where you (THE CUSTOMER) needs to pick up box and carry to the back where the carrier will collect from. Like most of her customers, I visit this store out of sheer convenience BUT today is my last visit.

Nina is very professional and handled a customers complaint with much class. I have had a customer relationship with the family for years and the owners have always provided me with great service. Any business owner has lots to handle and they do a very efficient job. Their prices are reasonable and service is great.

i have frequented this mail center many times and every time I leave shaking my head. I go here out of pure convenience but not anymore. every time i walk in she gets a very annoyed look that she has a customer and has to get up from her chair. your package can be denied even with a prepaid label for no reason. she blames the carrier and says no one will pick it up. how does that make any sense whatsoever? of course, i go to another mail center and they gladly accept my package. ive also had packages take a week to ship out after drop off- not sure what went on with that. fax prices are much higher than other places. I've also tried to go right when they open but after 15 minutes no one ever showed up to open, so im guessing the hours are only suggested. overall i would rather go out of my way to conduct postal business than go here for, hope of, convenience.

0 stars please. Horrible business and customer service. Don't waste your time. Lady speaks bad about customers in her foreign language, she's lazy and she will deny your package from UPS during the holiday season. Never going there again!

Took my grandmother to get some Notary services taken care of and I was absolutely surprised by the customer service not only we were given but the amazing (and I dont use that word a lot) customer service that I witnessed the employee give to others. On top of her cheery disposition and friendliness she offered very helpful suggestions for shipping that I would normally not have even thought to do. With Customer service fading fast it was refreshing to experience the welcoming attitude the employee had. Strongly recommend this place for any service needs. And Thank you again for making our short interaction with you such a good experience.
