I’m a Etsy seller, and often have a really hard time finding the right size box to use for certain orders. Alex has been SO helpful and even helped create a box for the exact size I needed! I’m very thankful for their staff, kindness and helpfulness for whatever I need!

I have worked with this place for over a decade and have never been let down. With the occasional snafu that FedEx or UPS will create in losing a box, Postal Solutions are on the problem like world class detectives. For instance, they were relentless in finding a box being delivered to New York City, that a FedEx driver just did not want to walk up 3 flights of stairs to deliver and kept returning it to their warehouse. Alex found it and had it delivered. He is a genius, and a lifesaver.

As a loyal customer who maintains a PO Box at Postal Solutions in Torrance, I am deeply disappointed by the service I received today. Despite my intention to have a promotional document printed, the representative informed me that custom size prints were not available. I offered to resize the document myself, but the representative insisted on adjusting it on their end. Unfortunately, the resulting print was completely out of margin due to the mismatched sizes. Despite my request to discard the erroneous print and allow me to resize the document, I was still charged for the flawed print that went directly into the trash. This is not the first time I've encountered such issues with the staff at this location. It's evident that their priority is monetary gain rather than customer satisfaction. While the amount might not be substantial, my frustration stems from their unwillingness to acknowledge their mistake and their insistence on charging for a useless print. I have encountered similar problems in the past, but the proximity of the store to my house has kept me returning. This experience only reaffirms that the staff prioritizes profit over customer experience.
