Dan is a great trainer! He is very knowledgeable of the body and is able to come up with a variety of exercises aimed towards whatever sort of fitness goal you have or certain muscle groups you want to work/improve on. I have been going to ProEffect since March 2021, and in the first month was able to lose all the weight I had gained from the dark year known as 2020 (I did not exercise at all for almost a whole year haha...). I followed his diet plan and exercised at least 3 times a week. I am still training with him but have relaxed on the diet. My body is in the best shape it's ever been in. The only shortcoming I can think of is that Dan is a one-man show (like most personal trainers) so there are some limits to scheduling, but he is very easy to communicate with and contacts you as soon as possible if there are any schedule conflicts. I highly recommend Dan as a trainer.

This is one of the best super private small gyms that only do personal training, make sure you look for PT Dan, he is absolutely amazing trainer , 24/7 dedicated for all your needs , nutrition as well! Superb.

Great place to get a pump. I go early in the mornings and hardly anyone there. I can use what machines or free weights I need to. Got the membership. Definitely will be at this gym from here out.

They really do go by their motto ‘results, not promises’ and if you are depressed and sick of your body looking the way it is, but don’t know what to do or how to change it, go to ProEffect Fitness !It is definitely a class apart, in terms of the excellent trainer, well-maintained space, detailed guidance and daily monitoring of your diet and motivation, its just the overall aura of positivity and achievement that radiates inside the gym.I have acquired lifelong knowledge with Dan PT and will be using it for a long, long time to come.

I just retired at age 55, and continue to work with Danijel. After two plus years of hiatus due to out of state relocation, I really missed regular workout with Danijel. However with distance or during the quarantine, the owner trainer Danijel is keeping me motivated to workout as much as I can. Now that I'm back to Southbay, I'm looking forward to getting back to training program with Danijel. I'm so glad that I met him 13+ years ago. And you will too.

I recommend you join Dan's ProEffect Fitness 360 Training gym and accomplish your goals. Dan is a personal trainer genius guy who's so educated and skilled in this field that he's able to develop a program for each person to fix their individual issues and reach their own personal goals. Costs are very affordable and honest (easy sign-up with NO penalty fees - no additional costs period!), Dan's ProEffect Fitness 360 is able to keep us working out on our different and personalized routines (in small groups) at the same time in a comfortable gym environment (never crowded!). This is truly a no hassle fitness gym! ProEffect Fitness 360 Training is located near to freeways (NICE NEIGHBORHOOD TOO) and it is convenient to get there. Parking is right in-front. Perfect! Having never done any gym exercises before (except for the treadmill), I needed a professional highly knowledgeable personal trainer with patience, and Dan is exactly that trainer! Dan took such excellent care in training me. He has a very up-beat positive personality that keeps everyone satisfied and content. Dan's ProEffect Fitness 360 Training gym was able to condition me, (originally a weak older person who just wanted to work hard to be healthy) and make me into a very strong, fit, and healthy person again, and it was all relatively fun and easy too. For that I believe he saved my life. In just 18 months (at consistently 3 times a week for only 1 hr.), I went from being overweight and quite out-of-shape (with some balance issues I discovered due to lack of strength) to being strong and in-shape. I lost the fat (Dan coached superbly on my diet also), I became fit, and I have no more balance issues (100% improvement in bladder issues too). Wow! He coaches us in very small groups that he handpicks to be able to work comfortably together while we're all doing our different exercises and different programs in order to reach our own unique goals. Dan is simply the BEST! I came to Dan about 6 months before my wedding looking to shed some weight for my big day. I am so glad to have found him as he was just what I needed. He was always so patient, knowledgable and encouraged me everyday to reach my goal. He helped me slim down my waistline, hips and to tone my arms and back. Within all of that my face slimmed down and felt like I had so much more energy! Every morning I looked forward to seeing him as he was so easy to talk to and so incredibly HILARIOUS! Honestly look no further as Dan is the man, simply the greatest trainer I've ever had. If you're serious about reaching your goals then Dan will get you there, no doubt. Thank you Dan for helping me look amazing on my wedding day, words cannot express how grateful I am to have found you.

Dan is an awesome trainer. His studio offers semi-personal training (it's a one-man operation), but he has everyone on their own custom program, and I never feel like he's not paying attention to me (even when sometimes I wish he wouldn't!). He works with each individual and helps them work toward their goals. And, he is a fun, affable guy who truly cares about my well-being and safety, so I don't feel afraid to tell him when something hurts (such as when my tennis elbow condition flares up) - he simply modifies the program so as not to cause or aggravate injury. As far as his rates go, they are more than reasonable for a personal trainer that helps deliver results. So if you want or need a trainer to help you attain whatever fitness goal you're after, look no further than Dan!

Dan is the best personal trainer! I highly recommend him. He makes sessions fun and not intimidating. He is knowledgeable and passionate about training, and is confident in his recommendations. He is able to describe the "why" behind an exercise rather than just telling you "this is what athletes do" or something equally basic or forgettable. I have definitely learned new exercises that have made a positive impact toward my goal. He is friendly, positive, and will help keep you motivated! He also makes scheduling easy and is on top of communications with you. As a client, it makes me feel empowered by allowing me to take my long-term health and fitness into my own hands. It also goes to show that Dan really prioritizes the individual needs and interests of his clients; you won't get a cookie cutter experience! If you're looking for a new trainer, look no further. Dan is an awesome trainer, an invaluable knowledge source, and an all-around genuinely kind person. You won't be disappointed.
