Rebeca has been so helpful and accommodating since day 1. And she and the district manager Hitesh went above and beyond for me after I locked myself out of my unit. I am both surprised and impressed at how quicly they helped me. I highly recommend his location and staff. Thank you Rebeca and Hitesh!!

Service was fine up until move-out, when figuring out the billing became a long and confusing process. I called the property manager Rebecca ~2x but was told different things each time, which I understand can be a result of having many different accounts and customers to juggle. At some point I also felt being talked down to, and as though I was viewed as an adversary rather than someone politely trying to recover a simple overcharge. Rebecca said she will call me back, but never did.I then called the general customer service number and spoke with a representative T, who agreed with one of Rebecca's earlier statements that I was overcharged, and said she will speak with a manager and follow up. She said if I don't hear back in a few days, I should call and follow up.I never heard back from Public Storage, so I called back trying to ask for that representative. But I was only able to speak with the representative, B, who took the call. She also was unable to correct the error, and said she'll have the property manager reach out to the district manager.I'm very disappointed that a big chain establishment has such a confusing and unhelpful billing process. Initially I chose Public Storage because the staff seemed very cordial and helpful at sign up. Clearly they can do better.For those interested: Basically I used a 5 x 10 unit for 2 weeks and then transferred to a 10 x 10 for 1 week. My total cost should've been the cost of the 10 x 10 for 1 month, but I was still overcharged at the time of this post.

our rent was increased 39%, yes...thirty-nine percent just after 6months while they were having 'Labor day' sale for 'new customers'. So 'old'/existing customers could either 'move out' or lose ur belongings for all they care. We can live with 5, or even price gouching 10% rent increase...but 39%???!!! Mind you, the current inflation rate is 3.2% and the urban cost-of-living index is 4.9%. Sure, they advertise $1 first month rent but the outrageous subsequent rent increase more than make up for the exorbitant profits they want to make! Run away. The end.

Super easy to rent a unit online without any face to face interaction. Unit number and gate code sent via electronic message. Lock was inside unit. Only drawback being you can not use your own lock so forced to pay for their lock. Also liked that you can open the gates w your phone using the public storage app

Do not store you stuff here! These guys will raise your monthly fee $106 after 6 months. They say their month to month so fee is periodically raised! When signing up there's nothing mentioned about this.

After a tough time, I paid professional movers to professional pack all my things and I put all I owned in the public storage at 4460 Del Amo Blvd in December 2021. I headed out of the country and traveling for a year. I got to Jamaica in January and a week in, I get a call from this facility saying my unit had been flooded and I had to come get my items immediately. Upon saying I was out of the country, they still insisted, due to mold, that I find someone to go through my things. I was forced to end my trip early, lost money on the vacation, paid more money for flights and a hotel to fly back to LA and go through my things. Most of my things were ruined. PLUS they still charged for storage that month! In a bind and not wanting to spend even more money or moving again, the supervisor talked me into leaving the remainder of my things in the storage--sure that it would not flood again because THEY DRAINED THE DRAINS! She basically admitted that my belongings were flooded because of THEIR NEGLIGENCE! Again, in a bind, I leave my things. Two months later--they raised the rent! I called the company to complain about how they had flooded my unit and now only half my belongings were in the storage so it wasn't fair to raise the rent--NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. But I was out of town as I had planned to be--so I couldn't come back yet again to take my things out. I was stuck paying mjore rent until I finally returned to LA and was able to move my things out--but not before they tried to charge me because I was moving my things out on the 1st instead of the month before. I had to call several people in the company, tell them my story, and then finally--a manager removed the extra month of rent I would've had to pay. Overall, I would never rent from this place again. They have ONE job: To keep people's belongings safe. They were completely negligent with the drains and I was the one that paid the price. They don't care about their customers or their belongings. And you pretty much sign your rights away when you go into contract with them. This company has MILLIONS of dollars that customers have paid them over the years--but they don't care about any of us. Yes, I had insurance but even that was a pain. You have to itemize all your belongings, sending pictures and costs and the max you can get back is 5000. Plus, entering each item took me over 8 hours. Horrible company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Can't get access inside already several days. No support, nothing. Nobody on the office, it's just locked. Nobody calling back. This is awful scam service

Life Saver! I came in a few weeks ago to meet a delivery guy to drop off a package to place into storage. Unfortunately, the package was too large and could not fit in. The delivery man was trying to leave me with a 500lb package for me to figure out andcat came to the rescue! She found another unit for me to use immediately and made sure the delivery man did his job. I appreciate her so much! best customer service ever :-)

If I can only rate this place without a star I would. First the front desk are all unfriendly. They are only nice when you open an account after that the friendly vibes are gone to the trash. Speaking of trash they want your unit clean but their trash bins are locked and you cant even throw anything not even a banana peel. I paid over $200 for a unit and this place can't provide a decent trash can. All I can say is if you can don't rent here.
