Everything from beginning to end ------ was great! Just make an appointment and you won't have to wait.

Note: I hope this is the correct quest diagnostics as I went to this one in Skypark drive but the code was 24530? So to get here I had to input the directions to Olive Garden because I got lost. its the building next to Olive Garden on your right, keep walking until you see the entrance. then ignore the sign that says 24550, it'll be on the 2nd floor across the bridge. Don't bother taking the elevator, as its noisy and you are better off taking the stairs. Once you are inside scan with a code and if you happen to be like me and are 20 minutes late, you can join the waitlist which can be a 30-60 hour wait. But I got lucky because I only had to wait 5 seconds. I got in to get bloodwork done and it was like the minute clinic at CVS, they had all my information ready to go. The person attending me was very quick and efficient. She was very straightforward. and I got out in 5 minutes. I highly recommend arriving on time or early to account for walking and checking in. I also recommend purchasing your services online to save time. I noticed previous reviews mentioned poor customer service. While I get the person can be a lil cold, they are trying to get this done as efficiently as possible. Overall I would come back here again to get blood work done.

Very efficient as long as you've made an appointment and check in online you should be in and out in 15 minutes

Very impressed with the efficiency here. Came here walk-in on a Saturday morning, arrived at 8:05, there was already a line with 6 people ahead of me, luckily all had appts and I was the first on the wait-list. Auto check in estimated wait to be 40min-1hr, but I got called in at 8:40am. I was doing a 3 hour glucose test and they only work till 12pm that day. The phlebotomist worked efficiently and within 5 min my first blood draw was done. Last blood draw scheduled at 11:46am. Felt very lucky being able to complete 4 blood draws in 4 hrs on a walk-in basis. Kudos to this place.

Made an appointment online, got here a few minutes early, logged in with the kiosk, was seen and released within 15 minutes. The phlebotomist was nice and professional. No pain, as she got it right the first time. The least positive experience was the waiting room. It was nearly full. Nearly. I got a seat and, thankfully, didn't have to stay in it very long. The room was filled with people who were walk-ins and, judging from these reviews, felt entitled to immediate service. Do yourself a favor and go online and make an appointment.

Quest Diagnostics is probably a terrible employer because they are always overbooked and short staffed. Quest diagnostics is the direct result of Americans failure to stand up for antitrust laws. Why? Because people are just so stupid. Like I'm stupid for waiting for two hours for a pee test.

This place sucks , workers move with out concern for patients it's just a paid position. We were waiting for 4 hours just to be seen. They could have easily fit in standby request but they don't even come out to check.

For all the negative reviews I was not looking forward to going here for my labs. I went ahead and made the appointment anyway.I have now been twice and the service was great. I would say most of the bad reviews are from those that did not make an appointment. If you walk in you will probably wait a while.Make an appointment!

“Walk in” definition @ Quest is you will be seen if someone appointment is a no show or cancel, unfortunately this is not communicated when you first check in, maintly because there no human being that you can talk to.waited 1:45 and I was no closer of being seen than when I got hereRecommend to avoid their services if possible.

Nasty people in the morning. Are don't go wait. There are machines that notify you are all screwed up and they don't wanna help you if you don't make an appointment they make you suffer out in the stupid lobby with the crummy chairs. They screwed up my date and so I had to come in And wait and I just left after two hours. It was so slow. I miss my old doctor where I could just go in and have the blood taken boom and I'm done. I don't like this set up at all.

I made an appointment online. However, I had a question about my test kit so I went to Quest. A technician took the time to answer my questions. I arrived early for my drop-off. The same technician helped me and I didn't have to wait 2 hours until my scheduled time. Wonderful customer service at this office.
