I’m have yo bad experience with the manager Latina her name Adriana work on night date Tuesday my and my son try buy food on the store but she came because we have my puppy with no lych she call the police and talk the police if Tirrance tell to my son live the food she wast very rug with my son and also the Polce my self take my puppy out side the story waiting for my son waiting to bring the food he tray in to buy to go eat my supriced was not food my son was very bad with the store manager the laddy pls this manager she not deserve to be there she need to more school the training for attend customers nice way and be professional not call the police need the Corpiration take this matter soon thanks

The Pharmacist is so helpful and professional. I'm from Portland, Oregon and our equivalent stores are Fred Meyer and QFC. I'm down here caring for my mother, and have used the Ralphs pharmacy 4 times. Each time my interactions are excellent.

This is my local Ralphs for groceries. the staff is all very friendly, and I really appreciate their drive-up pick/up for orders. I often have Jonathan and he is always so nice, remembers my name and even greets me when we see each other in passing in the store. i find the new set up makes more common sense, just will take me a week or two to get use too.

Apologies in advance, but rant incoming: Mr. Self checkout at Ralph's on Calle Mayor (the one with all the buttons who condescendingly tells you you're doing a great job) achieved a new low. I asked him if a Kroger/Ralphs gift card can be used in at self checkout. Simple right? 3 times, all he said was, "I'm gonna wish you luck, young lady". Staring at him, I said, "That doesn't help me!" He ignored me. He then had the nerve to ask me if I needed help. I said, yes, I asked you about the gift card and you didn't answer me. Finally he says, "Once again, I'm gonna tell you. I. Wish. You. Luck. The checker on 7 can help you". He couldn't just have said that in the first place? Maddening.

Like the location. This store is clean and the food is fresh. The prices are a little high, if there is no sale or the by 4,5,6 items to get the same price, hence the 4 stars. I really like the employees though. They are friendly and helpful.

Went to buy some items to cook pasta. It's a nice, big store carrying a variety of items. Cashier was nice and greeted all the customers on his aisle. The only thing I didn't get was garlic bread from their bakery section since they ran out. Overall, a good experience!

I just was explaining to Mark the manager at this location that I'm getting headaches from the baked chicken and he was completely impatient with me and extremely rude from the moment that we started speaking. I continued to try to ask him questions and then he hung up on me. I would never go to this location ever again
