The cashiers are very friendly and professional always however, the supervisor with black hair and wear classes have a horrible personality. I normally wouldn't give a review but, this is the second instance I came encounter with this young lady and her horrible, terrible personality. The first time I question the price of an item and she had major attitude. On Saturday, January 13, 2024, they had the cheese stacked on top of each other with different name brands and unfortunately I didn't notice. When I got to the register the Cashier , explained to me these are two different brands and offered to have someone bring me the branded, I desire. The cashier explained this to the supervisor, she turned her back on me and told the cashier no. I spend thousands of dollars in this establishment every week therefore coming into this establishment, being treated so poorly made me feel I was being racially profiled. As a business owner, I would never have someone with with poor professionalism remind establishment. The supervisor that's there during the week (Male) has always handle his self in a mature business matter. I will not recommend business owners to go here.

I am a daily client here and I always have a bad experience with restaurant depot I come here daily as I have a restaurant and a supermarket and buy daily from them about a thousand or two thousand dollars and everytime I come over the costumer service is terrible I come and wait in the line and I have everything neatly set up but the employees throw everything around while they scan and because of that until I reach the car it always falls on the ground and the employees are not friendly at all sorry but if this is how you treat your costumers I don’t want to come here anymore!!

The depot had what my wife was looking for the callebeut chocoloate. Finally found it. And it was competetuve prices with special discounts.But the store was hazardous. Lifts were all over the place. Accidents waiting to happen... I hope it can be more safe for customers. Maybe its just the way things are. It was our first tine in this store.Nonetheless.. maybe we just have to get used to it.

So far it's the worst Instacart location. Awful cell phone coverage inside. Barcode doesn't match with the item name. Store stuff is useless and they don't want to help you in any way. If you're an Instacart driver just don't take orders from here.

Bad customer service. A customer hit my car I didn't get any help. I asked the manager to help me out cause they have cameras , they didn't.

We use this place for a big box of chicken nuggets, fresh whole box of chicken, box of fish etc. It's a wholesale place for restaurants.

Definitely had everything I needed but wasn't on the aisle that I was directed to and some items weren't even there or out of stock. In all, I would visit again but only if I know they are actively carrying it.

To my fellow truck drivers, this place doesn't respect you. So why should we care about them. I was told by an employee there, that he doesn't care if I lose money.. this is by far the worst place..

Had 4 drops all at restaurant depot:At Restaurant Depot (157) in Anaheim, CA they unloaded me in 1 hourAt Restaurant Depot (122) in Long Beach, CA they unloaded me in 1 hourAt THIS location which is Restaurant Depot (153).Torrance, CA they took 6h.got here at 1pm for a 4 30 pm appointment.was unloaded at 7 30 pm.because of this i missed drop 4 at Restaurant Depot 143 in LA. and worst i missed the pickup for my next load and the one after that.Why is there such a big difference between stores of the same company?
