I went to the Rite Aid store to getchrismas gift cards for friends.The store was very clean & organized. And the employeeswe're are helpful and attentive.Also. they had various selections of gift cards.I enjoyed shopping at the Rite Aid.

This is not my primary pharmacy but the other day we were in the area. My husband is on wheelchair and I can’t place’s easily. So i decided to check for cold syrup here since many of the pharmacies are out! Miraculously their shelves were filled and the pharmacist was nice enough to answer a couple of my questions. I live close by so I might as well change to this one.they were that quick.

Several years ago, I was approached by a older man wanted to use my ID card to buy beer, and I said no, and the same guy kept asking me to use my ID. Beware of this as this area is sketchy, as these crazy people will do anything. Bring pepper spray to protect yourself.

Great customer service, usually pretty empty. The area is pretty decent but for some reason some sketchy people end up in the store trying to steal alcohol. It’s been 3 occasions I’ve seen it in person, but what can they do.

Went in for my bivalent covid booster scheduled online; things went smoothly, they took my info/vax card; waited about 10 minutes; got my shot and picked up a couple candy bars before leaving the store via self checkout.

For f*cks sake! If the pharmacy is busy just say "please hold". Beyond irritating that they keep picking up and hanging up the phone to avoid talking. Beyond rude - and do they think I can't hear them hanging up on me?? A pharmacy - meant to treat people with all sorts of conditions including extremely painful ones - thinks it's okay to rudely hang up the phone when someone calls. I can't pinpoint exactly when customer service in this country went to sh*t but this is getting absurd. Have some common decency.

The store is nice, bright, and clean inside. They have wide aisles with a lot of space throughout the footprint. It seems larger inside than it does from out front. I found them to be very well stocked in all categories of what you'd expect in a drug store. Oh, and they honor the prices you find from Rite Aid online (at least they did for me). They have the Thrifty Ice Cream station/counter which is always a bonus. The weather is warmer now so stop in for a tasty cold treat.

I been going to this pharmacy for year and never had a problem until today. I get off the hospital from mayor surgery and the hospital send it my prescription there, when I went personally it wasn’t ready and when I send my adult sister to pick up the pharmacy technician didn’t honor my whole prescription of 10 pills! Yes the doctor give me the pills for the severe pain after the surgery for the first 5 days I’ll be home 2 at day, well apparently Rite Aid won’t/can’t or care to accommodate their costumers in need of pain medicine if they have it in another store I can’t go and get them there I need a new prescription even know they have the original that said I need it 10 pills! This thanksgiving I want to said thank you to your incompetence staff at the store 1237 West Carson I will be suffering pain with no medicine. Needless to said I am beyond disappointed at the costumer service and I will never send my prescriptions there ever, I know you don’t care that I am only one costumer but I will make sure that I share my bad experience at this ride aid pharmacy on social media and with every single person I encounter from now to the rest of my life. If the hospital send a prescription and you guys don’t have the meds how about don’t take it, how about call the hospital and tell them to find other pharmacy that carry those pills and problem solve and no patient need to suffer.

Would have not given any stars because of the LP followed me everywhere it was like dude I’m a customer not someone who steals just because I was in my dirty work clothes I work I make money to pay for the stuff I had in my hands okay .I was going to at the time ask for a manager because honestly it made me feel so uncomfortable but I just wanted everyone to know LP meaning Loss Prevention makes poor judgement on customers it’s wrong and nasty behavior so they need to work on their LPs please I know an LP when I see one so don’t play with me .

The Pharmacist at this location is so rude to the point where you want to leave a review on their website even thought you’ve never left a review on any other site. She’s extremely pretentious and makes you feel very uncomfortable

Pharmacy: 4 stars. We've gotten our COVID shots here. They were super patient with my mom who is disabled. Mira is very kind and she knows her regular customers by name. We were newcomers and were only there for our vaccines. In February, the process was seamless when coming for early AM appts. In March, with more vaccine appts and customers, my experience was a 30-35 minute wait when my appt time was at 10:00. Nonetheless, Mira is caring and kind. As for the front cashiers, 2 stars max. The cashiers in the front clearly do not want to be there and their disposition shows. The store is clean and nicely laid out. Despite, this and "neighborhood pharmacy" type service, I don't think I will be a regular here.
