Solid selection and the girls I met that work there are so sweet and helpful. I used permanent hair dye In bright pink for my first time on my own and they very kindly told me everything I need to do for a successful dye job. Thank you!

I agree with the reviews. The 2 girls have bad customer service and manners esp the Hispanic girl with dark hair. They can’t even help you get the right product as if they didn’t want to be disturbed…..the bad part is that they only have few customers shopping in the store and they don’t manage to help you. The manager of this store should hire someone who has great customer service.

One of the employees cancelled my online order because she couldn't find products in the store, it was fully stocked from what I witnessed plus did not know what Klarna was when it's offered on the website for online orders. I never received a notification for cancellation or that it was ready for pickup until arriving 15 minutes before they closed. I did not want to pay full price but ended up doing so because I needed it on short notice. I'm never coming to this location again.

This store needs to make sure they hire people with customer service skills. There were two girls at the cash register when I entered, one said "hello"...I asked for help locating a product, she pointed in the direction of where I could find it. When I couldn't find it. I went back up to the front, and asked if someone could help me, again I was directed to look where she was pointing. I'm not sure why one of them couldn't leave the front to show me exactly where, neither girls were doing anything, just standing near the cash registers and talking. I gave up...as I walked towards the front to leave, a third employee walks in, goes to the back, & the two start talking crap about her in front of myself and another customer. Wish I read their names off their tags, honestly I can't even remember if they had their names on their shirts, but one girl had purple hair. Come on, train your employees better.

Ecsa was so helpful and nice! I went into the store I needed some extensions & I had very little knowledge on the matter. She was quick to help me and gave me amazing advice she even wrote instructions on a sticky note for me! The extensions and my hair came out great!

This store definitely could use some lessons in customer service and manners. But hey no manager Two girls manning the store, what do you expect!? Too busy gossiping to wait on customers is the answer. And then when I checked out the girl was so rude, avoided eye contact, mumbled, and then just shoved the product towards me. So of course when I asked her for a bag she acted like I was asking for this outrageous task. Really!?

Do not buy extensions here period. I specifically asked in store prior to purchasing if I could return because I was taking them to my stylist to see if the color matched. I was told yes I could as long as it's in the original packaging. I brought it back in full packaging two days after as my stylist said it was too bright for what we are going for and was told by two stores as well as customer service that I can't even get store credit. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED, if I was given correct information I would not have purchased at all....now I'm sitting with extensions I cannot use and not even store credit. I drove to two locations and called customer service. Incredibly inconsiderate of the employee who gave me the wrong information when she could have told me there was a high chance of no return at all. Whatever Sally says there return policy is do not believe them because they won't honor it!!!!! Go anywhere else but to the company.

I was sold hair dye and told it was toner... I had just spent 200 dollars getting my hair balayage to have it be dyed dark blue/purple due to their mistake.. I was offered 12 dollars back for the product. Manager refused to hear me out and admit they had messed up. A simple sorry we messed up goes a long way... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERALL ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER SEEN.
