Note the drop-off raters vs the actual shopper raters. I never do a review because what do we expect from the employees there? The elder managers are the worst. Bad attitudes toward buyers, especially worse with the regular shoppers who charity shop the most $ there. One of the managers with the grouchy face literally changes the prices at checkout. Had to call her out several times out on it standing firm about her audacity. She did it again and had to leave the items behind especially when items were damaged but was willing for the price but she dare says it cost more than listed prices. The male manager is also not the best either and other fellow shoppers have experienced so and told me about their own experience with him. I shop there a lot less there now. Been getting my deals elsewhere. When you take stuff home and remove tags there are holes on clothes not visible when you buy. Oh that same lady wrapped my mug in a lite cardigan i purchased that I had tried on, inspected then got home and there was a visible hole in the front panel of it. It cost like $6-$8 or so but cant wear it. Wasted $! My good clothing donations go to Nun charities who give their clothes out for free to needy people. Thats how I truly donate to the needy and shopping at salvation helps support those employees who treat their supporting customers in a rude auda manner. Hope they get retrained with principles and get taught principles.

I used to be a regular customer who would come often even though I live an hour away. The quality and items have been so terrible for months. I was told they are taking out quality items and posting them to their online auction. Absolutely waste of time and really bummed this store went down hill!

Helpful workers and they will do all of the unloading. If you bring donations in any type of container such as, boxes or plastic totes. You need to let them know that you would like to keep those containers, if you do.

The good: They have 50% off sale days and currently have a 50% off yellow tagged items. I ended up getting a kids life vest, a wooden "Home Sweet Home" sign and a robin's egg colored plate. The men's section had an impressively large and organized selection of dress shirts and Hawaiian shirts. Their home section is pretty big. Their end caps have color themes. The interior is spacious. There is a lot of clothes here and it's nicely organized by color (even by different shades of the same color). I saw blow up Christmas decor here that I was tempted by. The bad: The kid's clothing section is small and they didn't see to have any baby stuff. The furniture section has a wall passthrough that doesn't allow the shopping cart through due to the tall metal rod attached to the cart. The interesting: They have a unique labeling system where there are colored plastic fasteners to indicate prices.

Been coming here for years and love it! Donation drop off is always super easy and they've got really great deals on clothes. But you definitely wanna shop on their deal dates because otherwise some of their items (especially non-clothes) are sometimes more expensive than they'd be new lol! Staff is friendly for the exception of this older man that was very rude at the register.

Donate to Goodwill instead. Much more care goes into the donated items. I just came here for location convenience, but will think twice next time.Do NOT COME DONATE ANY GLASS/FRAGILE ITEMS AT THE DRIVE UP unless you enjoy seeing one of their workers violently empty your box into a donation bin in front of you, and hearing everything shatter. I TOLD him there was glass and that I didn’t wrap it so they could easily look through it. My heart sank :( there were some good wine glasses, Pyrex items, and dishes. Who knows how much will actually be salvageable now and useful.

The lady that works at the cashier here is beyond rude everytime I walk I shop there! She always just moody and has an attitude for no reason! Also, she charges people wrong! They also charged me sweater prices for a regular top which is clearly not a sweater. I called her out and she said that's the price with so much attitude. Horrible attitude and service for a NoN Profit!!!!!

I prefer the Salvation Army for a donation drop off perspective because the agents working are super friendly and offer to help remove items for donation from your car. Love the service and the overall mission.

Older ladies working here are so mean so I wouldn't want to go back again. I don't know why they acting like they are loosing money selling some stuffs are little cheaper then usual price. Funny thing is they are the one who put the price tags. If they think that's not the right price, they took the price tags off and threw in the back of the counter in front of the customer. That's so rude. I can't belive the way this way.
