I went in today to get a new battery for my car. Damion (I hope I spelled his name right) from the tire and battery center was awesome in his customer service. Made everything easy and fast. Make sure you treat him well! I know good customer serrvice and he provided it. He's a great Sam's Club representative!

This place is ridicules! I heard from my friend that they' offering a 60% off membership, so I stop by to check it out, but they denied having that special, I googled it, it's on their website, and they won't even let me walk around to check out their store. I guess that's why Costco next door is way busier!

I have both Sams and Costco. I find myself going to Sams to skip the hassle of going to Costco. Easy Parking, easy movement in and around aisles, the BEST KALBI you can buy in South Bay. The steaks and seafood, not so much. I buy that at Costco. BUT, with Scan and Go, I buy what I can at Sams for the ease and stress free shopping any day of the week. Sat and Sun most especially. The Costco is a mad house with everyone that doesn't know how to shop, shopping at the same time, leaving their carts in the middle of the aisle. Sams has its pros.

This review is strictly for the cafe. 10 people in line in front of me and it took 30 minutes. Your fast food and there is nothing fast about it. I could have gone to a fine dining restaurant and been out quicker. The way the cafe is being run is inefficient - the cashier is taking orders, stopping to assemble hot dogs, back to taking orders. It's time you reevaluate how you have it staffed and while your at it, maybe get a more polite cashier - the way I was spoken to was condescending and rude.

This is for the BAKERY. I try buying a grad cake at the bakery, now only available custom order. Girl working in the back tells me "you can only get it if you order it online" so I immediately open the app to order now having to return the next day. It says if you order by 2, you can pick up next day. Next day. Husband goes to pick up cake, order not there. I check my orders and see it was for the following day, thinking maybe I made a mistake choosing the day, Fast forward a week, I need another grad cake. I go online again, try choosing the date (which website states you can order up to 30 days in advance) and nowhere do I see how to choose a day/date. Says pickup - but can't click on it or get a date .. so basically you're telling me I have to order it on the app, but the app doesn't let me pick a date and the last time I ordered it picked the wrong date so I didn't get my cake then and now can't see how I can get my cake again. Sams you need to do better. Staff in the back could be friendlier.

As we gear into summer. I'm big on all summer items, so Sam's is a must-see when I go to Costco they are right next to each other where I shop. I have been eyeing this new tent when I have 3 in storage, lol. The prices at times you can not beat them and the quality. My tent was not available in store but available online for purchase. All our gardening needs at times are available and at great prices. I browsed the isles of Sam's came out with multiple buys.

After buying tires at Sam's Club last Wednesday, I went back to get two of the tires replaced (after nails had popped them) because they were under warranty. I was told that the specific tires were not in stock, and they'd take 2 days to come in. I called back in 2 days only to be told that it would take 7 days. After complaining to multiple people, I was informed that it would take 7-10 days, but they'd waive the installation fee due to the inconvenience. I received a call that the tires were in today and went to get them installed. Once I got there, I was informed that they had received a new supply of the tires, but they couldn't use them because they had to wait for the specialty tire order they made last Wednesday. After complaining again, they used those tires but refused to waive the installation fee. Once they replaced the tires, the mechanic parked my car far from the store, just to inconvenience me further. Instead of doing everything they could to make me happy, they didnt didn't follow through with their agreements, and they went out of their way to inconvenience me further. It was a big middle finger to anyone who complains about their services. In this day and age where products and services are expensive, I thought Sam's Club would take care of me. I guess I'm wrong. Sam's Club has proven that their enployees are immature and unprofessional. I'm going to get my tires at Costco or Just Tires from now on!

Not sure why retail and all these types of places get such low ratings But honestly I like Sam's a lot Is it Costco? Yeah it's very much the same in many ways but in other ways it's not like some foods are diff and some things are same but it's a solid place The only downside is that the food court here should be moved away from checkout it's too close and it gets congested and there aren't that many lines open because they have alot more self check out and honestly I'm not going there or any store to check myself out. I'll do it for a nice associate discount lol Ps... didn't take photos I guess I don't think about it when shopping for groceries lol plus when they are taking hundreds of your dollars you tend to blank out lol

Susie & Sophie are AMAZING!! Just went in to refill my prescriptions, forgot my new insurance card. Both these ladies went above and beyond. Susie was able to look up my new insurance information in their system and save me over $30 per prescription. These ladies are WONDERFUL, I have witness them help other customer's with coupons and guide them on how they can save money on their prescriptions. We need more people like this!!
