I have to say Scott Robinson Honda was the best service I’ve ever received. Thank you to Obi , the most politest person ever. He gave me all the information I needed and answered every question I had.Once the car was purchased, he called me the very next day to make sure I was happy. It’s the little things like that when you know you had a great person.He even updated me of the process of when my trade in process was completed. I couldn’t ever asked for better service. Obi was great. I highly recommend him to help you with your car sales. Thank you again Obi.

Be aware of the dealership,I called to confirm the price for a car that was listed for 9,998 I explained them that I am have hour and half driving and wanted to confirm it’s the real price.After arriving and test driving the car I filled the credit application and the sales rep was like : “ our cars comes with 2 extra security systems that will be a few thousand more, but I will try to low it for you after we will run the credit application”, I asked for him to confirm first with his manager.The car price came to almost 14k instead of 10k and the manager said that becuase the price for the car is low he must add this “security fixtures”.After asking to speak to the manager the answer was simple, I am not getting involved in the sales and if they don’t want to sell the car without installing the security systems that cost 2,000 they don’t have to do it and that they can keep the car for themselves, and I am welcome to leave if I don’t want to pay extra 2k then I was told it’s up to me.So if you don’t want to waste your time better to skip this dealership, and trying normal reliable dealership without hidden fees.

Cameron Emmanuel was the absolute best! He worked so hard for us to leave with not only the best deal but also the car we wanted! I will tell my friends and family to purchase at this dealership and exclusively see this sales associate because he was so outstanding!

Purchased a car a few days ago that I saw online, they honored the online price. Thanks to Cameron E. At Scott Robinson Honda, the process was very smooth. Cameron was patient, knowledgeable, and very transparent. Wish all salespeople were that easy to work with! Bruce in finance also did a great job breaking down the finance aspects of the sale. All in all, I had an excellent experience at Scott Robinson Honda.

I had a wonderful experience at this Honda. Everyone was super friendly. Chase helped me find my dream car and answered any questions I had. The finance department was friendly and efficient, as well! I definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase or lease a Honda.

What a frustrating experience. In good faith i bought a used car from here with the written agreement that they would replace an aftermarket part on the car that i didn't want. I made 8 calls over 2 months to try and get my replacement part. All i got was the run around and calls transfered to voice mail where my messages were never returned. I finally gave up and bought the part myself and will install it myself. So disappointed especially after the fact that in the last 16 months i have bought 2 cars from Scott Robinson. Well that's over and i wll NEVER make the mistake of doing business with this place again. I'll take my chances elsewhere.

Had a great experience, communication was amazing. I waited for 2 weeks for the car that I wanted and I was informed every day with the status of the car and the estimated time of arrival at dealership. Kent is a great salesperson, kept me posted on the car. The process was smooth and I had no problems. They day the car got to the dealership I went to finance and went in and out in no time. Highly recommend Kent and Scott Robinson to anyone. Very professionals and courteous. I was very happy with the price I got, beating other dealerships priced by a lot. My vehicle got appraised and they gave me a great deal too. Kent kept constant communication with me which I appreciated. I'm happy with my new Honda from Scott Robinson Honda.

I want to reply to the response posted by Scott Robinson Honda service manager about my 2016 Honda Clarity air conditioner (AC). It’s bad enough that you tried to cheat me into replacing the evaporator (which i did not need to); it’s worse when you try to justify for action. You said Scott Robinson Honda is highly specialized and only one of the few places that has advanced machine to diagnose my AC correctly. Well, Culver City Honda replaced the condenser that you replaced a few weeks prior, and it has been working fine in the last 4 weeks.

This Honda dealer needs to step it up! Everyone from the service department always seems way too busy to look up from their computers! Aren't they suppose to be here for the customer? Where are the "friendly" honda people? It must all be for the commercial!!!They never called me back to follow up regarding my part and it took me to call at least once a month until I finally got the okay to come. It has been 7 months!!! And I had to be the one calling! I could've at least gotten a car wash but, maybe I'm asking for way too much! Josue was and has been the only helpful person here. Since we got into the service center he was the to check us in and even check us out. He wasn't our service advisor not I don't think he is one but man this guy needs a raise! Make him a manger because his customer service was genuine and caring! He is so attentive to who comes through the doors and there are like 15 people who are either in their cell phones or stuck in a computer! Thank you Josue!

Service associate (Tony) was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out an issue in my extended warranty that I never would have known about and kept in contact with me during the time my car was being serviced. Will definitely schedule service here again if I’m in the area.

Go see Julissa, she helped me purchase my Jeep a few weeks ago! She was super friendly and I felt so comfortable with her. It can be intimidating walking in by yourself. We had a great time her showing me the Jeep I have been wanting forever! Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I’m on cloud 9 with my new Jeep and thanks for Julissa for helping me make it happen!
