This Sephora is located inside the mall, adjacent to the North Italia entrance. Every single Sephora representative was very helpful and had genuinely welcoming energy. They checked on me constantly and urged me to try the samples.

I came in December so this review is way over due but I just wanted to give AJ a shout out for being so amazing and giving me great tips. I now have a morning and night routine to try and have a clear and clean face. Thank you for being so friendly and approachable. Hope I see you there next time I go in. ☺️???

Love the employee named Giselle i believe ? ( i hope that’s her name) she was such a lovely & helpful employee, I’m not really into makeup but decided to go in for a concealer match, she helped me with getting my color matched correctly and helped me out so much how to apply it and was very attentive and patient with what i dislike or liked about the shades she was trying on me. She has such great customer service she made my experience less intimidating ?!!!

Sephora was very good in accepting my return. The foundation made my skin orange. I didn't hv the receipt but they had the sale in their system, just by looking up my phone number. Anyway, no questions asked, they just happily accepted it back!

I made a return for quite a bit of items, mostly unused on 1/9/24. The cashier was incredibly rude. When the receipts printed she made a point to tell me here are all the items she has to damage out. Again, most of the items were unused and if they were used, only a small amount as is allowed per the return policy. After finishing I said thank you have a nice day and she flat up said NOTHING back to me. Do not take your return policy out on customers.

My friend and I went here to see if any sephora kids made messes and didn't clean them up and apparently its true, these messes are possibly from sephora kids, these parents shouldn't be letting their kids make messes if they're not gonna clean up their messes

Worst customer service of all Sephoras, mostly the girl at the register CELEST, she acted as if we were in the street ready to fight me over a return and me asking her why she was so rude. The Maneger Gabby had to ask her to relax and put her to side but she still continued to argue. I am 100% calling corporate in the morning putting in a complain about CELEST. Worst experience I ever had ever had at Sephora

my niece was here at Sephora Del Amo mall about three weekends ago in mind you she is a little girl and she was minding her business looking for a product and there was spilled blush or some type of pallet on the floor and this bigger lady who worked there who had pink hair was getting mad at my little niece for no reason and embarrassed her in front of the whole store and blamed her and said that Purposely stepped on the blush or some thing when she honestly was not trying to cause any harm and she actually yelled at her and made her very uncomfortable and I am not OK with this because she should be able to feel comfortable in a community like this.

Please dont buy gift cards of Sephora, it is to get hacked and got your money stolen. 1st giftcard I bought from Raphls store, and right after I bought, the money in the gift card was used with 2 single transactions in two different stores far away from the place I bought. But I was the one actually hold the physical card. I contacted their giftcard department, and got issued a second gift card from this Sephora store. This store issued me a hacked gift card.Right after I used the first $27 online, the rest of my gift card balance was used in 3 different stores locations which again are far away from each others.I contacted their lost gift card again, and I was told they wouldn't issue back my money again because I contacted them twice. I dont know if they had brains or not Who could drive 5 hours to travel between 3 stores for redeem a $73 gift card. I am a Rouge member with current 3700 points, and they treated me like shtFarewell Sephora, never buy from you again. Scamming company, they could not figure to protect customers from fraud comes from their lack of security of giftcard. I have never experienced this kind of situation from other beauty retailers. Now I am afraid that all of my gift cards that I already sent out for relatives might got hacked already and no money left.
