I love this facility thank you for keeping my stuff safe for so many years. I used this facility during a very hard time in my life and I always felt at ease knowing my stuff was in a safe and clean facility. I can't thank you enough you gals go above and beyond, thank you so much for the friendly monthly reminders to pay before I get late fees. I definitely recommend this storage facility hands down. If I'm ever in need of storage I will be back

I've tried a couple of other storage places over the years, and SoCal is far and away the best. Their rates are good, especially compared to a major, national chain that I have used before. (Maybe PS also stands for Pricey Spaces?) The facility is very clean and well-maintained. Their use of local street names for the corridors makes it easy to find your way around, unlike other storage places where everything blends together. Everyone I have spoken with at SoCal Self Storage has been exceptionally friendly and helpful; they treat you like they really value you as a customer. When I wanted to relocate to a different sized space, they made everything smooth and easy. I have been very, very pleased with this business.

I currently have a unit here. This facility is very clean and secure. There is ample parking out front and they even have a truck to rent for moving if needed. The employees here are amazing, very helpful, communicative and friendly. I feel very safe + secure at this facility while coming and going as it's located in a great community. I frequent my unit often and it's always so quiet and when I see the occasional person in the halls, I've always been greeted with kindness. Rates are fair for this very bright and airy, clean and secure facility. I've actually had multiple size units and no matter which size, they have all fit my needs at that time, I love the roll up doors on the unit, very smooth and the use of an elevator and rolling carts are there if needed. The access hours are perfect, I'd rather not be somewhere the hours are to broad. I highly recommend So Cal Self storage for your storage needs.

Don't store here! The people here are too proud and just care about getting paid with zero effort at customer service. If they like you "lucky you" if management doesn't "RUN" they will not help you without the attitude. Useless people here

Hi, I rent a storage space here and I have a few concerns about this business. First, upon move-in I was not offered free use of a truck. When I contacted customer service about it via their website I didn't receive a response. When I requested a temperature controlled space they said their ac was broken but they still charged me for temp control. Also, when I asked to see the size of the storage space I was shown a slightly larger unit than what they actually gave me when I paid. Lastly, when I punch in my code to open the back gate theres a German Shepard that barks nonstop and aggressively through a gate. I think they belong to the business next door. It's a very unpleasant experience when this happens.

My trailer has been stored here a number of years. Several years ago, it and several other vehicles in the gated area were broken into. My trailer was damaged and $10000 worth of property stolen. The security cameras and system were sub standard. I am not sure if the local police department was notified at the time of the break-in. The people staffing the building were great. The management of SoCal storage were not interested in having a conversation about improving security. So, they decided to increase my rent. Be aware, that if there is a problem, this company will not stand behind you.

They are nice when move in and give discount on truck. Move out time ...the truck fee doubles.I needed a couple extra days after the new month, no way. They will not pro-rate the month. The answer is, "read your contract"So the last few days jumped from $5 per day to $30! Could have been $50 per day if I had been able to move when I wanted to.

SoCal Self Storage was great to work with. I used their storage dor about 8 months and never had any issues. Always felt my things were safe. The process was easy and the staff is great. Thank you Zoyla for always getting back to me with any questions I had and also to May who was so helpful and generous the day I vacated my unit. Would use them again if I needed to and also recommend them to anyone. Thank you all!
