My husband and I were referred to Sofas Tables & More. We made the BEST decision. We needed to have a custom size couch and dining room table made due to the size of our space. There wasn't a commercial store that had what we envisioned. We met with Gabriel and Vanessa and they made it happen! They worked with us through the entire process for both pieces of furniture. They are very helpful and experts in their field with excellent communication skills and customer service was top notch. I have referred many friends and clients there and will return when we need more furniture. Their showroom is amazing and their prices are very competitive. The end result is beautiful as you can see from the pictures below. WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY and so thankful for the referral. Run don't walk! We highly recommend Sofas Tables & More for all your furniture and home decor needs whether you need stock or custom, this place has it all! Thank you Gabriel & Vanessa!!!

Pretty but not exactly what I ordered. If you want exact and I mean exact measurements, details, etc maybe look elsewhere. They were great with my gazillion questions and seemed to understand what I was after, but there were 1"-2" variances on things that I was specific on how I wanted. If you want custom length and width, go here. But if you are details and want it exactly how you want, I would pass as you may not get it and it will bug you if you are the detail oriented type of person who knows exactly what you want and if you are the type of person to notice when things are off 1/2" -2" or more. Good experience but disappointed that all my research into sofas and exactly what I wanted wasn't executed. Again gorgeous sofa, but it wasn't exact to my specs which is extremely disappointing because I could have just gotten it idential at Pottery Barn for $4k less. If I knew it wasn't fully custom (other that fabric choices and length/width), I would have just ordered something in a stor where I knew exactly what I was getting. If you're not detail oriented and don't care if something is slightly off and you look at the big picture and not the minute details, then go here.

I have used Sofas Tables and More to have 2 sofas made, also a window seat cushion and some pillows. Vannesa and Gabriel are both very knowledgeable. They guided us through the many choices we needed to make, told us exactly the timing and cost and all was as promised. The first sofa they made for us is now 2 years old and we could not be happier with it. Due to their guidance it was exactly what we wanted. It is known as the "napping couch" in our house - you cannot sit on it without napping. The second sofa we asked them to make was for our daughter - this was just a year ago - the same wonderful experience and the same very happy customer. We just put in our order for a seat cushion for our window seat in our master bedroom and some throw pillows. Same great service and I am sure we will be equally delighted with this product. Could not be happier with the entire experience and end product!

Just got my couch delivered and it was 1. In the time frame she quoted me 2. Looks exactly as we discussed, it's beautiful! 3. Delivery guys showed up exactly when they said they would be here and all around everyone was wonderful! Super responsive when I needed a email question answered! I'll be ordering more furniture here when I need it! PLUS, supporting small business and not the huge companies! Much better customer service!

OBSESSED with our new couch from Sofas, Tables & More!!!! Like seriously could not be happier!!! Vanessa helped us out so much!! We originally purchased a different couch and I started feeling like I'll really regret it if I don't go with my original want which was the cloud couch, so I called her and she took care of it the same say (during a very busy holiday week). Sooo grateful to Vanessa and sooo beyond happy with the results. Thank you, Vanessa!!! My husband and I are obsessed with our new couch, it's absolute perfection!!!!

I have used this company 2 times already for several of my custom pieces. Vanessa and Gabriel are very thorough in letting you know what you are getting prior to placing your orders. Turnaround time is great and great prices, you will not regret having them make your custom pieces.

I had the same experience here as several other people. At first I was so agitated that I thought I would just copy and paste the text messages which show all, but I'll resist being petty. This place is good except for when you run into any minor issue - for me, it was the issue of whether or not it would fit through my hallway which, after entering the door, has a big white wall. I wasn't sure how to determine whether or not the sofa could make the turn. The only thing Vanessa was able to tell me, like a robot on repeat, was "measure the door frame, measure the door frame." I very clearly understood that and the width of the door frame was not my issue- it was whether it could make the turn after fitting through. SHE then suggested we cancel my couch order, stating its on the customer to measure. I kindly reminder her that I understand that but I needed a way to determine THE. TURN. Apparently that went over her head, so she cancelled it. Completely wasted my time. Poor handling of customer service. I went to SofaULove in santa monica instead and they were able to give me the very basic assistance I needed, they were able to assure me from the same video that I provided to Vanessa that it would more than likely fit and if not, we would figure out what to do. Glad I'm with a company that can communicate better.

I'm furnishing a 3 bedroom house. Gabriel and his wife were extremely helpful and kind. Not pushy at all. They spent lots of time sitting down and discussing my needs and helping me pick the best furniture for my home. The furniture is extremely high quality, reasonably priced. Would not go anywhere else. 10/10.

They've been good in corresponding with me. Had to follow up a couple times which is a little silly on a large order. I wish they were able to arrange shipping outside of LA area but I will have to work around it myself. The quality of couch is great and very comfortable!

Just a heads up, this place has horrible customer service, no returns, or exchanges. It's also expensive and shipping isn't included in the price. I spent over 2,000 dollars and made a mistake with the dimensions and the company didn't even care. They tried to charge me an extra 600 plus taxes because I was unsatisfied with the final product. I guess the customer is not always right. Make sure you get all your measurements correctly if you decide to do business here.

My wife found this company online and decided to pay their showroom a visit. I did not have direct interaction with the sales person who helped her but the overall experience in store seemed positive. Now to the part where I come in... My wife orders a large sectional. She receives a call that it is ready and we coordinate a delivery date. I believe it had arrived a tad earlier than we expected so we were super excited. Fast forward to the day of delivery - The delivery people arrive. The sectional is quite large and they had a difficult time getting it through the entrance way. Rather than pragmatically rotate or make any adjustments to the furniture, made multiple attempts to force it through. This obviously did not work and resulted in damage to our newly painted walls. At some point, they realized they would need to take the cushions off to get it through... The damages... sections of the wall in the entrance area had been broken off or cracked. We were incredibly upset. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Gabriel. I will have to give it to him- he was very calm and understanding through my tirade. After our conversation, he said he would talk to Vanessa and get back to us. Fast forward a tad more - They come to our house with a crew and repaired the damages. To be honest - After seeing some of the negative reviews here, I was skeptical they would make any attempt at fixing the situation. My experience was quite the contrary. They are incredibly polite and quick to help. Quality of the furniture - It was everything we expected. Once again, because of the reviews, I was expecting poor craftsmanship. It was not. We were quite happy with the product they delivered. In conclusion - Very nice furniture, well priced, and great service. Would I shop here again? Looking forward to placing an order to furnish the rest of our home.
