They price the dresses based on the budget you give them so don’t go too high as they will just take advantage of whatever budget you give them. It was a very used car salesman like experience. We found a dress for my friend but we didn’t enjoy the sales techniques used at all. They don’t do alterations either so please get a price from someone beforehand, as they can run as high as the dresses cost. I found them at a bridal expo but they didn’t allow me to use the $200 discount I was offered at the show and I had to ask to make an appointment, if the dress wasn’t beautiful I wouldn’t come here for service.
Advice to management:
Don’t be tacky take advantage of loving brides especially in this economy as there are way too many online options that are affordable and won’t make the bride feel icky and taken advantage of
Edit: The dresses aren’t the issue as they are all beautiful and you are all very polite, but there was one price on the dress and then she magically had to look in the computer for 10 min to find the actual price of the dress. That part just left things feeling questionable.

This is a small boutique with very friendly ladies ready to help you out. Very open and considerate of your needs and wants in a dress. I’m a picky person when it comes to clothing and they were intimidated at all. I had Cindy and loved her. She did a great job. Very friendly, professionally, and had my try on all kinds of styles.

I had such a great experience at Sofia Bella! Kelly was so attentive and took all my thoughts about what I wanted and found me the most beautiful and perfect gowns. I went to so many places and highly recommend this shop for the attention, ambience, and unique beautiful dresses! Highly encourage anyone looking in CA to check it out!

The ladies at this bridal shop were so kind and helpful. I wandered in there by myself wondering if I would find something and I did! I had already had the bridal experience elsewhere with friends and my mom but the dresses at that place were too expensive for my budget. I got an amazing deal for a dress here off the rack. The ladies helped me try it on, gave their opinions on how they thought the style looked. My phone died and they took photos of me and sent them to me. When I found my dress the played my wedding song. Very affordable with the same quality as other shops. Highly recommend this place!!! Very good vibes and it's adorable. Clean and pretty aesthetic. The professionalism, comfort level, charisma, and care made this magical moment memorable. Honestly, I didn’t want to go to my second booking after this one because I knew nothing would top this off. Kelli knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me find THE ONE! After the excitement and buzz wore off, today I look at the photos of my choice dress and can’t be happier. This was my first time here and my first stop in my search for the perfect dress. I found it because Kelly was amazing!!!! I showed her a few ideas that I was thinking and that I like. She brought out multiple dresses and she was spot on!! She’s amazing at her job!! I FOUND MY DRESS because of Kelly!!! Thank you sooo much!! I can’t post my dress yet because I’m not getting married yet till 10/4/25. But I promise you, all the dresses including the one I picked are beautiful and exceptional!!

I tried on OVER SEVENTY (yes, 70) wedding dresses. I went all over CA finding the one. My sister in law to be suggested this bridal store, and we gave it a try. Best decision ever! The girls at Sofia Bella were so patient with me and brought dresses out like the ones I wanted. Honestly, they have a ton of unique styles and personalized dresses that you don’t see at every bridal store. Celeste was amazing. The ambiance was also amazing and so inviting. I tried my dress on twice and knew it was the one. If you are on your dress journey, Sofia Bella is definitely worth a look. Thank you Celeste and the entire team for helping me find the one! I am forever grateful! I can’t wait to be back for the final try on!

I am thrilled with the customer service I received during my email communications with this store! I am planning a wedding on a quick timeline and was looking for a very specific style of gown that would need to be purchase off the rack. Not only were their replies to me prompt and kind, they also took time out of their day to send me photos of the gowns they had available to me so I could see exactly what would be available if I booked an appointment. I ultimately decided they did not have what I was looking for, and did not schedule an appointment, but I greatly appreciated their time to ensure mine would not be wasted. I wish more stores would be as helpful as they were.

If I could give Sofia Bella 100 stars I would. This was my first dress shopping appointment and they set the bar extremely high. The shop itself is pretty, clean, and it makes you feel right at home. Now, the staff! Celeste was my consultant and she was absolutely phenomenal. They made me feel so special and for the first experience they quickly helped me learn what and what did not work. They had such a wide variety of dresses and sizes. They were not pushy at all about selling the dresses or any of the accessories. They really made the process so amazing. I also cannot say enough things about the store owner and the rest of the staff. We were the only people there and they very respectfully gave advise and chipped in right when it was needed. If you are located in SoCal you most definitely need to get your dress here. Plus you're supporting LOCAL as well. Thank you so so much for the amazing experience. I will definitely be back!
