The friendly, pleasant, and wonderful staff contributes to this positive experience. The practice is affiliated with the state-licensed Endoscopy Center of the South Bay, a state-of-the-art, Medicare-certified ambulatory surgery center. Virtually all endoscopic procedures, including colon cancer surveillance, are performed at this sophisticated facility. While the medical care is consistently praised, some patients note that the wait to make an appointment by phone can be very long. The office itself is reported as clean and bright. Patients express high trust in their physicians and feel they are in very good hands.
Like any other medical facility, it is at first hard to get in, but the staff is kind, as is my doctor, & will work with you. I have been treated respectfully as well as professionally. My Doctor & her staff try to answer all my questions and I really appreciate that. I would highly recommend this practice.
