Be prepared to wait. I went into the store today to return some old equipment. Waited 45 minutes before I left. Would be convenient if there was a fast method for this kind of visit.

Terrible customer service. If you’re only dropping off their equipment they make you wait in line when they can easily have a person designed for those easy 1 minute drop off.

Appointment or sign in required for everything, including a simple drop off of equipment. This is not clearly marked upon entry, so just be aware. Customer service is polite, that helps.

Horrible customer service. The representatives out here are extremely slow. Expect to wait atleast 2 hours before you can get serviced. Even though I had few people agead of me it still took 2 hours. Mine was just equipment return and it took 2 hours for them.

It was horrible to cancel on the phone. Instructions say you can go to UPS and return. They couldn’t accept the equipment there bc the equipment was old and not in their system. Went to store to return and waited over an hour. Spectrum- you need to rethink how you do business. No one will go back if this is your process or sign up for any other service you offer.

The employee who assisted me out was polite and patiently answered my questions. However his manager, or who I am assuming was his manager, belittled him in front of me as he was helping me over something incredibly trivial (something about boxes having to be recycled). Talk about a power trip. Sir, I can guarantee you are not paid enough by Spectrum to be acting all hoity toity. Witnessing this interaction left a sour taste in my mouth.

30 minute wait just to drop off a modem I don’t need anymore. So glad to be rid of this cancerous company. I switched to Sonic internet and get faster speeds at a cheaper rate.

Friendly service and helpful. This place relocated just across from the original place couple years back. You come in, log in with your info and the reason your are there. Then you wait for your number to be called.

Let me start with this, if you are in a rush MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. This store is very busy and has long waits . Reading the reviews, the majority of people think they are some kind of special that they dont have to wait. Well, you're NOT! My experience was great, amazing customer service, Luz the assistant manager answered all my questions, and helped me understand my AT&T bill which by the way I was paying way too much I was able to trasnfer my Internet and my phone lines

I rated the store as one star but it deserves zero star. I had an issue with service and kindly asked to speak to the manager then I was told in a very rude way the manager is in a meeting.
I would appreciate it if the leadership made available for customers or empower the staff members to help customers when needed
