What everyone already knew. Customer service is awful, workers were just standing looking at their phones or talking to one another while customers waited. One customer got in a yelling match with the manager there, that was entertaining and helped pass the time.

So my friends had a service guy come out to do some work and he was so rude like he seemed to be in a hurry to go home and my friend asking him a question and he responded oh that's why they invented a flashlight very rude and they been king time spectrum customers for years unreal people should be friendly not right

Angelique was amazing and helped me open up two lines and so very patient during the process.I had to return then next day to purchase a new phone while it was her day off but she continued to support. Miguel helped me the second day and he was also very amazing! Great service. Thank you so much guys!! Amazing team work!

I had an okay experience here, but it's kind of like the DMV. You enter your name into their online waiting list and wait to be called. I would say that "wait" is the operative word. Ho hum. There's nothing like waiting on a busy day, but at least the employees were efficient and experienced, so I was pleased with the service that I finally received.

We waited over a half an hour just to be able to turn in our equipment to close our account. When I asked why we had to wait so long the girl explained to me there's only two people working and they're looking to hire a new manager so no manager. She also informed me that they're not allowed to sit at all because her supervisor walked by and said no sitting. So for 8 hours they're supposed to stand up with no sitting that's ridiculous. Also they have to work and open and close schedule whether they want to or not. That's really bad for the employees.

Supper cold inside. Long wait. Hard to find sign in machine and most.seniors having problems with making auto payments. At lunch time down to 2 staff and 17 customers...poor planning. Most staff drone like...only 1 staff friendly in my 45 min of observation. Should have line just for turning in equipment. So.eone to help seniors with computer sign in and payments by computer.

Customer service reps are very rude and disrespectful. And do not greet customers. I went in to return a modem and they told me I can mail it in. Obviously, I knew that but I preferred to turn it in. He added a TV service without my consent and said he would give me faster Internet and $25 off. I was very upset. Be careful and do not let them add anything or change anything

Extremely slow. Don't come here if you have anything else to do that day. All I was trying to do was return a modem. How long could that take? 2 min? Try more like 2 hours. One of the employees was literally just sitting on his phone the whole time not helping anyone. Terrible, do not recommend

My tv channels went out, No tv at all. Called Spectrum and was told to come in to pic up a cable box. went to spectrum store , 20 people in line with 2 registers open. waited 40 min for 1 person to be helped. Several people got tired of waiting and just left. Finally got help after 67 min wait, ONLY TO BE TOLD, THEY HAVE NONE AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO SEND ME ONE. But , I only need to wait 2 business days to get it. Their system is so bad, I'm looking to change.

This is an absolute horrible company. Service interruptions, a d the highest cost out there...only if you give them your phone service with cable and internet you may get a better deal...took me over 2 hrs a nd 4 phone calls to cancel service (a d save $102 per month...and I was a customer for 25+ years. WAY TO GO SPECTRUM...YOU DROVE AWAY A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER.

Really nice place, but what it makes me giving low review rate is the very poor customer service they offer. Lot of people waiting to be attended and only one person working and three other employees walking around, making questions and pretending they work, but only loosing time and making us also loose time.Seriously, whoever is a manager or above should walk in incognito to the stores and confirm what I'm writting here.Hope you enjoy your visit and be quick visit.

We went and it was kind of busy but organized. The 3 stars is because of the manager Julio. Everyone else we encountered was just fine. When we came in, Julio was going around asking everyone in the waiting area what they were in for. His approach was very abrupt and weird. He just talked towards a group of us and said "Hey, why are you here?" We didn't know who he was talking too and he finally made eye contact with me, so I told him why I was there (to return equipment). He then said "ok we are pretty short staffed and busy so you can take it to UPS and ship it back that way". I told him, no we are good waiting. He seemed annoyed and said "ok well I'm short staffed so it's going to be a wait but ok". He then approached almost everyone else the same way. It was a bit rude and unprofessional. Myself and my mom also witnessed him talk down to an elderly gentleman who had some issues with his mobile service. He gave him the CS number and tried to get him on his way ASAP. Other than that, the rep who helped us was easy and cool. No issues, polite and easy going. Had us in and out real quick. Definitely quicker than what we had to wait for. I'd suggest making an appointment if you don't want to have a 20+ minute wait.
