I love going to Staples for my business needs. The app is easy to use, and I love the coupon offerings and rewards. Everytime I visit a Staples location the customer associates are very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend the online store and in person store to anyone, as I’ve had nothing but a great experience thus far.

TSA Pre-Check is a joke here. Very unprofessional, just terrible. I drove here 1.5 hours rushing trying to get here on time, only to be told that the individual clocked out early.
ARE YOU SERIOUS!? This individual could have send a notification or something to notify those “scheduled” for an appt. I can’t believe how much time and resources I’ve wasted only to be told “he’s gone for the day”. UGHHHH

Usually has most stuff in stock:)
They have a printing center too.
One can also have business cards/ posters made some are made same day, but most you can order them and they will tell you when it’s time to pick them up:)

I called this location to see if they had any of the Xbox Series X at the clearance price of $299 that I've seen at other staples stores. They told me they had one left and said they would hold it for me, when I arrived, the manager Andrew said the price is actually $449. I was disappointed and explained the price I was hoping for and he just said "no that's a different model. Do you still want it or not?" I said no since I can get that price anywhere else. He simply walks away with no consideration for the fact that they misled me to believe that they had the product I wanted at the price I wanted. I wasted time and fuel for nothing and he did not even apologize for the misunderstanding. This person Andrew is not management material and this is the second time I've had this kind of experience at this specific Staples. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Cashier did not look at me, did not greet me, did not thank me. This is not good customer service to say the least.

Every time I go in to Staples they have knowledgeable employees who help me with all my needs. They are also going to print my Christmas cards and provide envelopes. I always get great customer service. They don't mind coming out from behind the counter to walk me through printing step by step, helping me find something in an isle, etc.

I just shipped a bunch of family items at the Printing & Marketing Center and I was blown away by the terrific service. Brittney was a total pro who figured out how to ship my items in ways that reduced shipping charges and she packed them very carefully. She is so kind and while I was there I saw several customers come in and ask for her by name. I would highly recommend seeking her out for any shipping needs.
