Walking in, you can definitely tell that it’s clean, sanitized and also had great music playing. We were greeted and helped by Sierra. She was fast and knew what she was doing while cutting my boys hair. We were very pleased with the haircut results and the price was not bad at all. Thank you Sierra for your great cutting skills! Definitely recommend her and we’ll be going there from now on.

Requested style: Scissor cut, around the ears, rounded in back. Done very well, offered a hot towel, asked if I wanted to see the back. I declined as she has cut my hair before.
Very pleased with my haircut today !.
Stylist: Liang was my stylist. Courteous, knowledgeable.

Requested style: Requested a burst fade and got a mid fade. When I saw the result rather than me ask to fix I had to leave. Wasn’t enjoying the vibe. She wasn’t gonna be able to make the hair grow back she already cut. Absolutely No clarifying questions were asked. I trusted her as a professional.not necessarily a bad haircut but absolutely not what I asked for. So when she started cutting the back I left it alone thinking she knew what she was doing. Her energy was like she didn’t want to be there, maybe upset about something. You never know what someone is going thru. I get that and hope she’s ok beyond some random guys (me) haircut. It’ll grow back. i always have a great experience here except for today. I come 1-3x a month. I always tip between 8-10$ depending on how much service I receive; today she received $5 for the time and because I’m a nice guy. I won’t have her cut my hair again. I do the monthly unlimited because it’s economical but I also try to tip more because of my savings and I appreciate good work. Still a good place. 4-5 stars. But today I’ll 2 stars. (I’ll say 3 stars up top to average out with my usual experience.).
Stylist: Sorry didn’t get her name but never saw her before. Was a Thursday 11am.

My experience at Supercuts was awesome and nice. The people there were very friendly to me. I would definetly get my haircut there every 8 weeks for sure.
