Hell hole. Not a good place to work(Edit): ********WARNING: THE MAJORITY OF THE USERS GIVING 5 STARS ARE UPPER MANAGEMEBT IN DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND A COUPLE OF THEIR PETS********This place is a complete disaster organization! The "Administrator Assistant" is phony and looks down to everyone that is not executive as she thinks she is a higher up! The Customer Service Manager plays favoritism and only pushes blame to others instead of analyzing what happened and setting up preventative measures for future incidents. They have a Great Format on their SOP Files but piss poor instructors. There are a few management members who actually care about the employees and the image of the company at the same time (ie. They love their job and want to make it welcoming to all). 2 Operation Managers are just terrible as well as the supervisor! They ask you to communicate as they have an open door policy then later turn around and use that as documented violations to a policy and write you up for it which encourages employees not to report any incident to management. The workers have a good set of internal rules for everyone to work together even if they may not get along. The workers are very hard working and appreciate the specific management's approach to Employee Engagement. Sadly, the operations Managers and the Regional Director shoot down a lot of ideas that the GM tries to bring.Overall, be careful to do your best in not working here. If you do, then go in with your head down and get your job done and do not interact with anyone, much less the failures of managers. Good luck ??

We came in line to pick up the goods at 3:30 on Friday, checked in at 4:30, and let us go out and wait after the containers were put in. Didn't get it until the door closed. tell us to pick up again on monday！

This place is a gigantic mess, management doesn't seem to know what they are doing. 12 forklift and only 5 chargers r u guys serious. All there equipment are broken and have tape holding it together. They cant seem to manage there own resources. What a joke This place has 4 shifts and they still want there employees to work 10 hours a day. R these people stupid dont they realize that 8 x 3 = 24 there so much overlap between shifts people just end up pushing a broom for hours . The amount of money they spend on unnecessary labor must be insane I feel bad for the new owners, 2 billion dollars down the drain. During covid they hired a man to disinfect the restrooms, offices, ect... and they just forgot about him, that's how mismanage this warehouse is. for six months now he has been getting paid just to clock in. he is unsupervised all day no one know what he is doing, 3 times I have heard him taking a nap in the restroom. now they have him throwing away the trash bins, only thing is it doesn't take 8 hours to throw them away but managment is clueless. well atleast now he is doing one hour of work instead of just wondering around the warehouse for 8 hours. Most of there scanners and printers are broken but they have the money to pay some old guy 30k a year to do Nothing but kill time. when he should be wrapping pallets. Nice job management How in the hell is this company still in business.

Terrible place for drivers. 6hours and 10 minutes for FTL pick up. Just try not to go there if possible. 2 hours waiting for door outside, then 4 hours 10 minutes waiting for trailer outside too. Very tight place. When I was leaving 8 trucks was waiting outside for a door and 6 trucks was waiting for their's trailer.

Takes too much for everything.2 hours to get a dock and than 3 hours to get the trailer loaded.Worst I’ve experienced in a long time.

Relatively tight docks for trucks to park in, but I've seen FAR WORSE elsewhere. Employees are pleasant and helpful. I cannot comment on the load/unload times as I normally drop and hook here.
