They ighttt, guy who helped us was being a lil pushy. Think his name was David and he makes u feel bad/pressured if u say no to their deals and offers. They explain their pricing a little too confusing as well. Also it can get p busy.

My mom misplaced her iPhone the other day and T-Mobile was super nice and helpful about it. I appreciate the level of effort from them during this holiday period.

Please don’t go here. We brought a new Samsung phone and we had an issue with it within 6 months. When we took it to back, they said there is nothing we can do and not willing to help. Manager at this store was very rude and told me, “you should have purchase the insurance” and laughed at me.I went to other T-Mobile store on Hawthorn and Torrance, they were able to identify the issues and then worked with Samsung/ T-Mobile to warranty out the phone.Don’t go here and waste your time with unfriendly staff.

Shaun and Sam were great! They helped me through the process of portability of a US territory number and they troubleshooted some issues with me along the way. It was my first experience with in-person customer service at T-Mobile and I was quite happy with it. They were very knowledgeable and nice. Thank you!

I stopped in one evening to this location because my phone stopped working … When I came into the store, I was greeted by Associate Team Member Johanna P. She was very helpful, listened and discovered that I needed a new Sim card and to update my phone. She assisted me, I’m very thankful for her courteous and friendly customer service, and expertise. She is a awesome customer service expert!??

I recently transferred over to T-Mobile from another wireless carrier. I did all the transactions online but when it came over to porting over my cell number I ran into issues. I called the T-mobile phone support several times and unfortunately did not get the best service on the phone. I decided to go over to this T-Mobile store instead and the service here was outstanding! It was like light and day between the phone support service and the actual store service. Kristopher the employee who helped us and he was simply outstanding! He knew exactly what to do to resolve the issue we were having with porting over the cell number. He was friendly and super efficient. We were in and out in less than an hour unlike the several times I was on the phone with T-mobile phone support (I had called 5 times and kept running into a dead end!). I am so thankful for the support at this store and special shoutout to Kris who was very helpful! I was close to canceling my new T-mobile service until I got the great service and help from this store and Kris. Thank you!

Truth be told im over TMOBILE I've been with them since 2013 the last 6 months has been a nightmare. Customer service on all levels is an unprofessional FAIL. Service sucks product sucks. Over charges and dishonored promises. Wait times an hour plus

I was a Verizon customer for 35 years and even though we can put rockets into space once a month they were unable to fix my voicemail for 2 and 1/2 months on two separate phones and two separate phone lines. In this day and age you cannot live without voicemail. I looked on Yelp to see where the nearest T-Mobile was to my home and even though I had a few closer to me than this location I chose this one because of the great reviews I read. The first night I went Kris helped me but we could only go so far. I came back the next day and met up with Khalid who was fabulous. Verizon was holding me hostage as a customer to the very last minute and once Khalid got the necessary info from them it was all systems go. I was ticked off at them but Khalid kept his composure and was nice and calm. He was polite and competent and I left with new phone service and a pretty pink T-Mobile bag. The two people I dealt with were super nice and really competent and given the nightmare I had been through for more than 2 months with Verizon, I was really grateful to come upon them. Good job, guys!

I recently went into this TMobile to get assistance on a recent purchase. We were greeted by Kristopher as soon as we walked in. He took us to a table and inquired what we needed. He assisted us with our phone with professionalism and accuracy. I then inquired about the current promotions on IPhones. He walked me through the pros and cons on each phone based on my needs. He was patient and answered all our questions thoroughly. I was so impressed with his knowledge and most of all his integrity. He ensured us that if we had anymore problems we could contact him. I felt like a valued customer. I would like to let this company know that this young man is an asset to this company. Thank you Kristopher for treating so old folks with so much care

My Mom and I are on the same account, and she been out of the country for awhile. That said, she has been using an international SIM. Upon return, she needed a new T-Mobile SIM as she has misplaced her old one. And that's how we ended up here. This was, by far, the best, easiest and fastest experience I've ever had at a T-Mobile. (T-Mobile Tuesdays don't count!) We came through and spoke to Frank. "No problem!" We were literally done in less than a minute - including him attaching the new SIM card. He also gave us a tip: tape her old international SIM card onto the card the new SIM came with so you never have to lose it again. Genius. This isn't the closest one to home, but thankful I found it (since we were in the area and I needed her phone activated STAT!) Frank was a huge help. Will return should the need come up again.
