To the manager/supervisor/owner of this store location...you need to make sure your employees are trained on how to speak with customers appropriately. My husband and I went to this location this afternoon between 3-4pm. When we went in, there were no customers and there were 2 agents/staff...a young lady and a young man who were both sitting on the tables and on their computers. It was the young man who spoke with us. We have been long time customers of AT and T and we just wanted to find out if we may be able to get a better deal with T mobile. My husband told the young man that were wanted to get information on any promotions/deals and if he can help us save some money. He said "I can help you spend money." When he said that, I should have told my husband let's get out of here. My husband said to him again that we were interested in what deals T mobile has. He asked a bunch of questions about our phones which we answered. Then he said "how much are you paying with AT and T?" My husband again said to him "just tell me what promos you have." He then said "Well I need to know how much you're paying so I can tell you if I can give you a better deal." I just laughed and looked at my husband and we walked out. Too bad I didn't get this guy's name. Please let this young man know that this is not how you should treat customers. Treat us with respect and we will keep coming back to you.

This review is about my family’s experience with Tae yesterday evening. My wife, son, and I came in to look into possibly trading in my wife’s and my phone and switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. We already have a line with T-Mobile for my 7.5 y/o son, who was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and needs a phone to connect to his Continuous Glucose Monitor. We didn’t want him to be on Spectrum like us because their cell coverage is horrible where we live.I explained our situation to Tae, and he instantly got to work on getting us the best deal he could find. Boy, did he! My wife ended up walking out with an iPhone 15, and I walked out with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. We were able to finance the cases and screen protectors as well. He gave us top dollar for our old iPhones, ported over our numbers, transferred our data to the new phones, and wiped our old ones. We also qualified for free Netflix.All that, and we spent a whopping $50 and some change. Seriously, my mind was blown! I’m writing this glowing review on my amazing new iPhone 15 Max Pro, thanks to Tae. Money is tight with a newly diagnosed T1D, so we truly appreciate what you did for us! ??

I got a new Samsung and needed all the help switching over from an iPhone. Daisy was such a help throughout the process. She was very patient with my questions and need to read slowly. She helped me set up the entire phone and make sure it was working before I left. After experiencing different service in the past, I know that she is going above and beyond. Thank you, Daisy!

Super kind and nice corporate t mobile store Everybody professionally and kind We switched from Verizon / at&t - super cheap and 3/4 bars - Verizon was zero bar Their wifi are super fast and good in this Torrance areas thus we switched wifi too.

Now I know why they have 3 stars. They are no help. Can't even give you basic information when you are looking to upgrade your phone. They keep saying it's because they are a corporate office. I'm not sure if being a corporate office means incompetent!

Don’t get me wrong but the service was good but not how they do there sales. I was told I would pay a certain amount to later find out it’ll be more than what I was told I would pay. They just get your money and leave you having to pay so much for the “deals” they spoke about.
